This is still the most confusing post this blog has ever made

what have i done

the idea that this might have been made in 2012 is fucking terrifying because it sounds like it’s supposed to be a parody of Thunder by Imagine Dragons

The longer this post goes the more questions it raises.

the only plausible explanation is that imagine dragon’s thunder is a parody of luigi thunder

forget wanderlust, sonder, all those words for vague dreamy feelings… what I’m asking for is a concise word for the feeling you get when someone makes an assumption about you that’s 100% correct but you really don’t like that anyone was able to make that assumption. for now I’m calling it a fuckor

“he asked me ‘you main junkrat right’ and a wave of fuckor wracked my feeble body”

send me asks. make me tremble with fuckor

Someone walked up to me in Barnes and Noble like 4 years ago and asked me where the Manga section was. I told them where, but I also let them know that i didn’t work there. They kind of shrugged then looked me dead in the eyes and said.

“Idk, you just looked like you might know.”

I changed my complete aesthetic after hearing that come to jesus, god fearing, exposé of a line.

The other day my manager admitted that she still shops at hot topic, and when I told I knew already because she seemed like the type she threatened to fire me

Activate my fuckor in my inbox

Friend of mine at an old job (information department at a museum) was at the front desk when an old man came up to her. He said “you look like the kind of girl who knows where the nearest fried chicken is.”

She did.

nope. nope nope nope. fuck small businesses for using their status as “mom and pop” places to argue that employees shouldn’t be paid a livable wage because then they wont be able to play capitalism. they can fuck themselves. nope nope nope nope.

If you can’t afford to pay your workers, your business is shit and you deserve to go under.

Says the people who know zero about business….

8) i fucking hate you and i want you to know that. I also want you to look at this fucking graph and never respond to anything I post ever again

THIS IS THE FUCKING FACTS RIGHT HERE. IF YOU DONT UNDERSTAND THIS GRAPH THEN MAYBE… YOU SHOULDNT BE TELLING OTHER PEOPLE TO LEARN ABOUT BUSINESS

You know nothing about me.

Guaranteed that you don’t actually run/own a business.

There’s much more to business than the liquidity trap.

Hilarious. A Communist trying to explain private business

My parents own a very small business where all full-time employees get fully paid health insurance and make upwards of 2x minimum wage. And their business has been around and profitable for longer than I have been alive (I’m 27). When the business started, my dad and mom did all the work themselves until the company was profitable enough to fairly pay anyone else. I have watched this business operate since birth and I have a degree in business administration, so I know how businesses work.

If your small company can’t survive as a business without exploiting labor, your business model sucks and you are not very good at this. Or maybe you are fucking lazy and not willing to work hard enough to become profitable before you drag workers down on your sinking ship. Or maybe you didn’t raise enough capital before you began operations or you quit your day job too soon. None of that makes it an employee’s responsibility to work for less than they can live on. None of this makes labor exploitation more okay. The stakes for making mistakes are higher when it’s all counting on you and you are the boss. If you think that necessitates special treatment for you, then you haven’t the temperament to be a small business owner.

If you can’t adequately compensate workers, you should not have employees. No one is entitled to own a business. Something like 90% of new companies fail in their 1st year and you should not go into it if you aren’t ready to take risks. Sorry not sorry if the numbers don’t work. You’re still not entitled to underpay your workers.
