And it wasn’t just TTPD album.
A great read for music nerds, and people who like funny stuff. Rob Harvilla is a delight.
I’m posting all the TV, movies, and books I enjoy over on Substack.
Just stuff I enjoyed this week. Hope December is off to a good start!
Stuff I enjoyed reading, watching, or listening to this week. Have a great Thanksgiving week!
In case you’d like to enjoy what I enjoyed this week. In summary, the Tanya Tucker and Robbie Williams’ docs are pretty good. Britney’s book is sad. Jeffrey Toobin’s latest book is scary and riveting. And Madness had a great song in 1984 about Micheal Caine that I never knew existed.
We needed a ladder to pick tomatoes for the first time. It was quite a summer! But I’m now ready for shackets, pumpkin spice, cozy pajamas, and dark mornings. It’s time to just lean in and stop fighting it.
In case you want to do something about the looming government shutdown. Only takes a few minutes. Sharon is so good.
Happy fall, y’all! Here are some things I liked this week. Enjoy!
Major League Baseball is heating up! But I still managed to watch and read a bunch of other fun things.
I’ve still been watching a lot of baseball. On Saturday the Seattle Mariners were tied for first in the AL West. That hasn’t happened this late in the season since 2003. I’m trying not to get too excited, since there is a lot of baseball to play in September. But it’s been fun to follow. I enjoy a spectacular Houston Astros’ loss as well, which made this week in baseball extra fun.
I did manage to squeeze in a few other non-baseball activities that I can recommend. You can check out the Substack link for all that good stuff. I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday that spills over into Monday.
Happy Sunday! Stay cool/dry/safe wherever you are!
