Luffy reminded me of Ace in this chapter.

His anger brought about overconfidence and his selfishness was through the roof; disregarding the plan and everyone’s feelings.

Law’s crew was up there as well and we don’t see the doctor flipping any tables. His mind was completely on the well-being of the others. And even though Luffy doesn’t have first hand knowledge on Kaidou’s strength, the fact that they need a huge army with thousands of men should be enough of an indication.

The crew no doubt saw that. Depending on their position on the hill, everyone should be safe or slightly injured.

They might say that it can’t be helped depending on Luffy’s character but they must be so worried! He could die!

If Luffy continues the fight alone blindly, Kaidou is right; someone like him doesn’t deserve to be the Pirate King.

Luffy has a lot to learn.

100% agreed he isn’t fighting against little fishes anymore so he needs to stop being that impulsive. He needs a huge character development
