Recently KOSA has got its first pass and we need to stop it from becoming a law ppl r saying call or email your senators to oppose this bill and this is true but what if you’re asking what I don’t have one or what if I don’t live in USA or just can’t do anything since you are a minor well I am going to spread awareness of this petition so the people who are deciding this KOSA stuff can see this and possibly stop KOSA for good right now this petition only has around 10,000 signs and we need a lot more than that
KOSA aka online children safety act is a internet bill that claims that it will protect children from inappropriate stuff(18+ for ex) but actually It’s gonna end up banning all apps and sites that are “inappropriate” (tumblr for ex) and not only that it’s also gonna give your parents more access on what you are doing on the internet they are gonna view what sites you’ve been on and everything giving minors NO privacy on their phones for ex: you haven’t told your parents your part of the LGGTIA+ community welp this bill is gonna tell your parents that and you’re not ready yet
You could make a change, you could help stop KOSA and save the internet and save so many content creators from experience of this madness we won’t give up until KOSA is done for good remember anyone can take action to stop something that is wrong when either how to take a step is big or small

The panels with Vaati and Zant REALLY remind me of shenanigans those two were up to and the one Zant roleplayer I used to roleplay with (and now follow on here). Is it bad that I still do miss those days? Not to mention I still do portray him, just not as often as I'd like anymore.

Sad to be fully aware of the fact this will be the last Witcher season I'll watch.
But then again Netflix brought this upon themselves; looking especially at you Witcher series writers.

I doubt Netflix's Witcher will get far after Season 3. Instead it'll be cancelled and forgotten until the end of time.

So my Ineffable Husbands (limited UK & US - Only exclusive Aziraphale & Crowley Specialty Series 2 - Pack) landed on my doorstep yesterday and I still can't describe how happy I am, nor can I believe they're actually mine.
After two, almost three years of waiting I finally, finally have them all thanks to Amazon and they were very hard for me to get as well, given I live in Europe and they can only really be found in the US or UK but are unavailable in Europe.
I'm really relieved they came in a protector Funko case too, kudos to Amazon for that.
It's an angelic & demonic miracle of their own that Amazon still had them.
Will be getting the Common ones too sometime and possibly the Chases but those are super hard & pretty rare to get.
The shop I had them originally pre-ordered at back in December 2020 for March 2021 lowkey scammed me so Amazon has truly been a blessing to me since I'd think they'd have been sold out everywhere by now.
That and I have to get my money back from the online shop (BackToTheToys) that scammed me for almost three years and had me almost giving up on the limited UK & US - Only exclusive Good Omens Specialty Series 2 - Pack.
Can't wait & am super excited for Good Omens Season 2 but as Neil Gaiman says: "wait & see"

Today I finally got the fourth Reckless novel ''The Silver Tracks''.
After 6 years and 4 extra days of waiting (originally it was released November 4, 2021, but my copy's arrival kept being pushed back twice) I finally got it.
But, as much as I love the novel series there's one thing I'm not overly fond of.
The overall appearance of the novel.
Just let me do a quick comparison down here below:
On the left we have my 2016 revision of the first novel in the series The Petrified Flesh, released by Breathing Books (the author's own publishing company at the time which is discontinued by now). On the right there's the 2021 English edition of The Silver Tracks.
What doesn't sit well with me are several things:
1. Different publishers; Cornelia Funke, the author would always put a golden ribbon in her novels published by Breathing Books. When it comes to Pushkin Press which published the book for her instead of herself, there is no ribbon to be seen at all. And I'm going to miss that ribbon. Badly.
2. Height difference: notice how Reckless 4 somehow doesn't fit in height because again different publisher. It's so small.
3. Pages; So far all my MirrorWorld novels began at page number 1. Why the heck should it be different for the newest installment and start at page 9??? What's the reason behind that?
4. Table of contents; This is fine I suppose since no MirrorWorld novel appears to have one except older versions?
5. Feel of the cover: All the covers of my MirrorWorld novels so far feel smooth whereas the Reckless 4 On The Silver Tracks one feels kind of rough?
6. Shimmer: The previous reckless novels are shinier and have a specific shimmer. When looking at the German edition of Reckless 4 the Kitsune's tails are golden. Whereas the English one has no to little shimmer.
7. Taking the dustcover off; so far every installment that has a dustcover has a similar cover underneath. Reckless 4 is just
blank
I don't get that not at all.
Seven massive complaints aside about the appearance of this novel, I'm going to love the story plot once more I'm certain.
Just not the novel's appearance which is pretty much a thorn in my eye and I'm not alone in that.
In short I honestly really miss how Cornelia Funke's Breathing Books publishing company (run by her along with Mirada) used to publish the novels.
Not only was it a treat for the bookworm heart to read but also a treat for the eye.
I won't stop reading these series regardless of how Pushkin Press approached the fourth novel's appearance.
I'm planning to catch up on all my missed (Reckless/MirrorWorld) Fictober days starting October 15 when my autumn break starts.
I'm simply too busy with college and such right now.

''Fine, I give up''. No words hurt more than those as they fell from the lips of the eldest brother.
Especially when considering he had always been there for his younger brother Will. Well, almost always...
He had been there for him at the playground whenever four graders would pick on him. Making them run as fast as they could when he'd appear on the playground, shielding Will and punching them in their faces, kicking their knees and punching them in their stomachs until they'd hand Will's stuff back. He had even gotten into a fight with a girl once but that had little to nothing to do with Will getting bullied.
He had been there for him each time he was unable to find sleep when they had been younger; either terrified by thunderstorms, the dark, monsters in his closet, mr. Tomkins; which jacob had told him to be a human-eating Ogre living in the elevator, causing him to be extremely scared to go to preschool. Will would often seek comfort near his eldest brother. He'd have slowly opened the door, standing on his naked feet in the dark, hugging his stuffed animal close before he'd slowly make his way over to his bed and crawl underneath the covers. This would wake Jacob. He'd be annoyed at first but soon go back to sleep, wrapping his arms around Will and hold him close.
He'd have his back. He'd be rescueing him from his nightmares. He'd keep him warm and safe. Always.
Except for the day they had to fend for themselves all of a sudden and had no one but each other left anymore. When Will needed him the most, he was nowhere to be seen. Will was left on his own, experiencing sleepless nights and pain. Not just from the fact they only had one another to look after now. Pain from standing in his brother's shadow. Envy, so much envy.
Will was his brother and he loved him. That was the truth. Their sibling bond was unlike any other but ever since he had discovered the mirror it had begun to gradually show subtle cracks.
These days each brother had taken different paths and travelled different roads. They were living different lives and even so Jacob couldn't help to stop carrying him. To be his brother's keeper. Up until now. Celeste wanted him to forget his brother, but at the same time also wished he could see him again, knowing how much Will meant to him. Or had meant to him.
To seemingly grow further and further apart after so many years of protecting his little brother, being there for him through thick and thin for the most part, hurt. Yet neither of them could really dwell in the past. Jacob was who he was. Will had accepted who and what he was now.
It was best to keep it that way even though the eldest didn't want to have things remain like they were between them now. He wanted to mend their bond, but to mend it seemed too late. Far too late.
And so Jacob let Will be, going each their own way. Living their own lives. Even though he found it hard to stop being his brother's keeper.

He had been but thirteen years old and was a long way from the full - fledged treasure hunter he was now when they met. The vixen had snapped in his arm but had only ever caught his sleeve inbetween her jaws. Her world had been drowning in pain as a trap had clenched shut onto her hind leg, giving her the thin scars she'd now carry with her at all times. If he hadn't been there that day, she'd have either attempted to bite her trapped leg off or wait, until the hunter came to collect that what he had caught. Hunters at MirrorWorld were infamous for clubbing the head of a fox in, because they were highly superstitious and thought any fox to be associated with the Devil. Which, besides all that made MirrorWorld, was all too real. There was plenty of proof he was. People were simply oblivious to realise he'd come in a disguise. By now ''Fox'' and he were inseparatable. There wouldn't be a moment he wouldn't be trying his hardest to keep her safe. And the same went for him. Fox would guard his sleep, which was restless the majority of the time. Warn him of things his dull human senses were unable to detect, aid him during their treasure hunts together, be his shield. His furry shadow. Like any couple, they had their ups and downs. Keeping each other safe was, at the moment, getting harder and harder to do. Their profession didn't come without danger. Without risk and Jacob's list of enemies was ever growing. They were incredibly reluctant to tell one another how much they meant to one another. Such a thing could be dangerous in a world like this one. Still, even without the exchange of words they knew how much they were drawn to one another. ''Fox'' knew Jacob would go through hell and back for her. Traverse the world for her. This side or the other one. Several times. She'd do the same in return, despite being less fond of his world which he so longed to show her more of. At the moment, they were sharing the bed and ''Fox'' couldn't help but admire his sleeping face. It looked content, relaxed, unlike all the other times he slept. She liked to wonder what he was dreaming of.

Last thing I Googled: Reckless 4 by Cornelia Funke. Can’t wait for the English version’s release this autumn but now that I briefly looked at reviews from Goodreads I’m kind of worried about the story’s plot. I still plan to get my hands on that novel though, given the MirrorWorld novel series is one of my most favourite series.

Favourite Bands/Artists: That’s a good question. These vary. Panic! At the Disco, Imagine Dragons, Peter Hollens, etc.
Dream Job: English teacher. I doubt I’m really going to settle with being a teaching assistant after I’ll have graduated my current vocational education teaching assistant level 4. If everything goes well that is and this pandemic doesn’t delay things which I need for my study much further. I’m not too sure yet though, given a teacher has to deal with a lot of work pressure. Then again, that shouldn’t be a main reason to keep me away from becoming an English teacher. Besides, I assume I’m not going to be all that happy with teaching assistant as a full job soon. And with English teacher I get to lay my focus on the English language alone, along with my skills. That and I doubt there’s going to be a lot of maths involved. Honestly I rather pick a language (my second one) I’m good at, over having to know multiple things at once in order to assist children during Elementary school and middle school.
Random Fact: I’m self – taught when it comes to my secondary language, which is English. I’ve started self – teaching myself ever since 6, 7 years old. An age period during which people can still pick up new languages like an absolute sponge. After that our built – in ‘’talent’’ to learn new languages slows down a lot and becomes harder for us.
I actually managed to shock my teachers once I was getting English classes at grade five of Elementary School; they weren’t aware of the fact I already knew most English words I would be taught during those classes at the time and could already hold small conversations.
Nowadays I have a personal English language level of C1 Advanced, one level below the highest which a non – native can possibly reach with the English language which is C2 Master. I’d love to reach such a high level, especially if I’m going to decide to be an English teacher.
Although I have to admit my English skills overshadow those of my mothertongue, which I’m pretty bad at grammar wise. I also might have inversion due to my English level being quite high.
Coming back to this, my current college teacher of my English choice subject actually said my writing is way too advanced when writing things such as stories or letters. I have no idea whether I should take that as a compliment or not. Despite my teacher telling me more then once that they didn’t mean it in a bad way.

I couldn’t be more hyped when I came across this on Twitter (I’ve blurred the name of the person asking the question because privacy).
Yes we don’t have an official release date for the English edition of Reckless 4 yet but at least Cornelia said we’ll be getting it next year!!!!!!
So just one more year until I can have the fourth novel in my hands. Unless it’s going to be delayed, but I doubt that.
I do hope we’ll be given a release date for the physical English hardcover edition of the Reckless Anthology as well by next year.
Since I’m not sure whether that side / companion novel to the MirrorWorld novel series is out this year or will be released next year.
