Fallout game set around the Gulf of Mexico where you get to be a pirate and have your own personal ship and recruitable crew.
You start the game being the lone survivor of a shipwreck and the main quest (if you choose to follow it) starts with you trying to find out what happened that caused the shipwreck.
The main conflict of the game revolves around the formation of a massive pirate armada that seeks to control the entire gulf.
The antagonist is a Blackbeard of the Wasteland type of pirate dude who's intimidating but also smart and charismatic.
Instead of a large continuous open world you have an overworld where you sail around from place to place and several smaller open world maps around the major civilizations of the gulf area (Florida, New Orleans, and Yucatan) as well as several islands.
