hi! a quick introduction
hey there! i'm new to the studyblr/medblr community so i thought an introduction would be fitting. although i'm almost done with my academic year, i have major issues with habit tracking so i figured this would help. better late than never, right? :D
about me
- i'm ania (she/her), i'm currently 18 and i'm from india
- i can speak 4 languages + learning polish
- sag sun / cancer moon / leo rising, and my mbti is enfp-t
- i would say i'm a mix of raven-puff
- i'm currently in my 1st year of med school, doing a 6 year program for my MD
- i’m deciding between a career in emergency medicine and psychiatry (though i’d say i have a fair bit of time to figure it out)
- through this blog i want to keep track of my productivity and challenges i face, like a fun little journal for all the ups and downs - oh and i track #anialogies !
academics
- my major courses in my first year were anatomy, histology and a year long course on basic polish
- i also took shorter courses on biophysics, medical stats, history of medicine, medical latin & greek, molecular biology, first aid and addiction medicine
- in the next few months i will have to do a summer internship in nursing for 4 weeks which i am super excited to track on here!
- my final exams for anatomy, histo and polish are coming up and saying lightly i am terrified :)))
interests
- listening: matt maeson, sasha sloan, dodie, taylor swift are a few of my all time favourites and hindi dance songs are always a vibe
- watching: nothing atm but i love b99, doctor who (albeit i haven’t caught up to it), a handful of animes although i will say i tend to watch videos on youtube a whole lot more than shows
- reading: i’ve gotten very out of touch with reading tbh but i want to start again! i adore poetry so please recommend me some you like :)
- playing: i am pretty new to video games but before uni i used to play valorant, starbound, stardew valley, star wars battlefront ii, and csgo (oh and dnd when i have the time ;_;)
i think that’s about it for now! some of the studyblrs that have inspired me are: @studylustre @tbhstudying @emmastudies @studyquill @studylikegeller @studyign
looking forward to interacting with y’all! ♡
