It had been a fight to get into the music company to see the older girl. After insisting she knew Artemis about ten times, the male guard finally caved. Bowing to him a few times, she jogged through the building going straight to the practice rooms. It wasn’t her first time in the building and it certainly wouldn’t be her last. Poking her head into the little glass window on the door, she watched the older girl for a moment before opening to door slowly.

“Hey, I have food if you want to eat.. In fact lets eat because I’m sure you’ve been in here all day.” There was a slight edge to her voice, eyes roaming over the others sweaty form. Once both girls were settled, she poked at her rice. “So did you call your mom on her birthday?” She asked carefully, the topic of her mother was a touchy subject and something that wasn’t brought up often. The scowl on Artemis’s face would have made Bella apologize if the topic was anything else but she felt deeply regarding parents. “Well we are. She’s your mom, she did the best she could. You can’t push her away forever, besides I’m sure she would love to hear from you. I’m not saying you have to but it is a suggestion.” Bella shrugged, before eating some of her rice.

artemis had already been tired the second they had started rehearsal. she woke up at 5am and has been dancing ever since and her legs were beginning to feel like jelly. the other girls were starting to get on her nervous but she's sleep deprivated so she just tried to ignore them. a lot has been on her mind lately ever since last weekend when her mother birthday had passed, she hasn't thought about her mother in a long time. right as the music lowers signaling that its time for a break, she spots bella walking into the rehearsal room.

“thank god, i was starving” she eyed bella skeptically. Artemis knew bella pretty well and she knew when she had an agenda. she raised her head to the mention of her mother. artemis quickly looked down, slowly picking at her rice. “no i haven't and i don't intend to.” as she picked at her rice as she thought about the last conversation she had with her mother, it wasn't a very good feeling thinking about her past that she tried so hard to forget. “i appreciate the suggestion but I'm good, its been a long time and I'm just... good.” she softly spoke. artemis took another bite of her rice “anyways what about you, how is my amazing bella doing?” she said hoping to lighten the mood.

Artemis looked around the alley as he spoke. How did they get here? All Artemis was able to recall was walking down the street into this alley way following the sounds of crying. "I don't know but I'm really creeped out now" she looked around some more as she scanned the area but nothing looked familiar. "Uh.. which way did we come from?"
