They told me I could be anything I wanted and called me unrealistic and absurd

My parents and friends are supportive- but don’t think my writing could actually turn into a career. It sucks, because I’ve told them all I want to do is do what I love. I don’t care about my income!

This is so true, because of this I basically don’t tell anyone about my writing really. Only my best friends know about my goal of becoming a writer, my parents do know I write, but that’s it.

Most people know I want to write for a living, but many think it's a joke or it's impossible so I tend not to share my writing much. My parents want me to have a "back up" job but I don't care about money. I just love to write!

“one day, she’s gonna get over you,” she says to him. “she’s gonna take her little heart right from your hands and she’s gonna leave. because that’s what you want right? your actions speak louder than your words, and your actions from time to time have continued to be you pushing her away. well guess what; one day, she’s going to get tired of having to push her way back in. one day, she’s going to see her worth. don’t let it get to that. you want her next to you? hold her close. you need some time away from her? let her know. but don’t leave every single time and wait for her to find her way back to you because one day, she’ll take a different path that will lead her to someone else,” she scolds him.
