i hate to be that person but for fuck’s sake, please add a damn read more to your posts. having to scroll down your entire fic on a tag while searching for something to read won’t magically make anyone more interested in it. honestly, if i stumble across a post with a word count over ten fucking thousand spamming said tag i’ll probably be way too pissed about the situation to even it give a chance in the first place.

and don’t even get me started on using a bazillion tags that have absolutely nothing to do with your goddamn story. i’m looking at you, writers that spam the oc/reader tags of characters of color to help spread your white character fic that already has tons of people following their tag.

so apparently joseph has been chased around and stalked from 13/14 yo girls in italy and they're all so mad cause he didn't want to take pics but he still stopped to talk to them. idk i felt like talking about this a) i have been 14 once and my god never have i thought about chasing someone for a pic, maybe bc i thought that if i passed them by and simply said 'hi' i could have had my y/n moment or maybe bc i'm shy, or even bc i'm a normal person, who knows; and b) bc as an Italian fan, and even more as a joseph quinn's fan, i feel absolutely disgusted by this. do people ever stop to think about the consequences of their actions? i mean, i get that we're talking about 14 yo girls, but seriously wtf ??? apparently even his brother came out of the hotel to tell them that joe was not going to come out. don't you feel like a fucking vile arshole while doing all this? what do people think? that by harassing him there would no consequences, that he would again after the nth time smile and say 'yes, let's take a pic'?

and this is not only about the Italian dumbasses, it's also about the ones in new york, the people that stopped his car when he got out after jimmy fallon, the ones that apparently followed him to his hotel and took pics and videos of him. that shared his fucking hotel.

by doing all this shit i really don't know where people want to get, bc the only end to this situation that i see is that this man will very soon stop being so nice to everyone. there is a limit to everything, and people are overstepping way too much. there is something called privacy, that every person deserve. and ok i get that it comes with the job, but it's also up to us to not step on boundaries and stop putting this man on a pedestal. bc this is what he is, a man. not a fucking statue that you can film or take photos of every chance you get.

get a grip of yourself. go have a chat with this guy. i bet he'd be way more happier and would appreciate much more than someone asking for a pic. but obviously this is only my opinion.

unpopular opinion, but eddie actually didn’t give a fuck about hawkins and it wasn’t why he did what he did. he did it for wayne, and dustin, and mike, and erica, and lucas, and steve, and nancy, and robin, and gareth, and jeft and every other person that actually gave a fuck about him. there was a big part of him deep down that would have loved to sit and watch that whole fucking town burn. but in the end there were a few people that he loved in it and they loved him and when his back was against the wall he said naw fuck that. It was never meant to be a selfless act in fact it was a SELFISH ACT OF LOVE. It was the only way he could show all of them at once how much he fucking cared about them and how much they mattered. eddie didn’t want to be and isn’t the hero of hawkins he was the hero to his friends tho and that’s way more important in my book.
