Walked from Charlottenlund to Bellevue in spitty rain, solo. First time I've had head space in ages, bar the yoga sessions. Had two minutes looking out to sea, chilling before some old exhibitionist geezer caught my eye then plunged into that grey water, dick swinging. Put me off my contemplation a bit. Amazing how easily we can get out of the city but don't; took 7 mins to get back to Osterport. Need to do this more often, also with the family.
