Life Update 💌

I have a little update for you all that is good news but also really hard news for me, in a weird way.

I moved back in with my parents. My husband and I could no longer afford increasing rent prices in the area we were in and owning a house isn’t in our future for a few years.

My parents offered about 6 months ago and we finally decided the best thing for us was to move in and pay off all our debt from school and medical bills.

I’m also working with my wonderful amazing mom who is my best friend in hopes to get re-evaluated for my mental health and hopefully get on a regimen that is better for my body and brain.

I’ve purged a lot and i mean A LOT of my things and feel very light for the first time in a long time. No more worrying about making ends meet, no more worrying about looming medical debt, and no more worrying about falling down 3 flights of stairs while carrying my daughter.

I’m excited for this new chapter. Hopefully it brings me better health and happiness.

I am back!! finally getting to my asks- thank you for checking on me. Makes my heart warm to see that you were missing me :,)

I’m stoned doing my skin care routine and I’m thinking about Eddie and you getting off work and meeting at your apartment :( you work retail he works food:(

You force him to shower while you do your skin care routine and he comes out of the shower with his towel around his waist :(

He hovers behind you until you get up and let him sit in your seat, straddling him before you reach behind you and grab clips in order to pin his hair away:(

You paint his face with a facemask and rub on a lip mask as well :( and once you guys wash it away he makes you kiss him :( and asks “any sweeter?”

I’m snowed in, I’m lonely, my husband is gone, my daughter is asleep

time to dump all my feelings into a word doc and hope I feel better

coming out of a severe depressive episode is so mentally taxing.

Looking back on how bad you were jjst makes you sick to your stomach.

You lug all your clothes into the laundromat down the street, heaving the heavy bag onto the table before you once you’ve made your way inside. The smell of bleach and laundry detergent mixes in your nostrils as you sort your piles of dirties.

It’s early in the morning, the only person in the place being you and an elderly woman. You enjoy the quiet, only the soft whirring of the dryers breaking the silence.

You separate your lights from darks, throwing your first load in when a familiar voice resonates through the quaint room.

“Shit- fuck,” you look over to see Eddie struggling with a bag of laundry. You chuckle to yourself, your eyes meeting his. His face lights up when he sees you.

Hiiiii darlings! I’m back- officially I think.

A more in depth reason as to why I’ve been gone-

I struggle horrifically with my mental health- I’m diagnosed Bipolar and have severe anxiety in general as well as horrific post-partum anxiety.

My daughter has also gone from being a potted plant that couldn’t bust through barriers I built- to a girl who is about to take her first step any minute.

I got back into the workforce so I am no longer- a SAHM :(

I’ve also had life deal me out some weird and strange hands that I’m trying to work through as we speak.

All this being said: I’ve struggled hard! Managing my mental health and still being a good mom is tough so things get left behind. I had to leave behind my blog as well as a lot of other things I enjoyed.

I’ve found myself loosing my sense of self so this is my move to finding me again and being an even better person in my real life- more aware and intentional.

I’m making my comeback..

I’ve been down so so so bad mentally the last few months that I haven’t done much other than work, take care of my girl, and work.

I’ve struggled so bad, so much so that even me and @lofaewrites have had barely any communication other than me going manic and talking her ear off for hours.

Bipolar disorder isn’t easy to deal with, especially when you’re in a depressive episode and you have people relying on you.

I’ve tried so hard and unfortunately things got left behind, like my blog.

I still love my boys, they make my heart melt but writing just hasn’t been in the books lately

I’ve struggled to get out of bed, but make the point every day to do so. I’ve tried being the best mom I can be and feel like I’ve succeeded givin my circumstances

Be patient with me, I’m coming
