Got a commission done by @highgardenart of the Queen in the North, Sansa Stark ever since i started watching Game of Thrones since i was around middle school age i had a connection with Sansa she was just a simple girl thrown to the lions den and forced herself to climb out of it.
As a young girl with a bad home life myself I understood and related to her she was the heroine in her own story and I only finished GoT because I wanted to see the end of her characters journey, do I think she'll be Queen of the North in the books , don't know GRRM does like to keep us waiting but I do hope for Sansa that she gets to have the life she wanted once all her enemies are dead.
Sansa really named Robert Arryn “Sweetrobin” after the robin egg because of he is so little, resembles a small egg, needs extra protection and blue is the colour of House Arryn.
Robert is only a sick little boy, she thought, Lord Nestor is a man grown, stern and suspicious. Robert was not strong and had to be protected, even from the truth. “Some lies are love,” Petyr had assured her. She reminded him of that. “When we lied to Lord Robert, that was just to spare him,” she said. (Sansa I, AFFC)

She’s not letting this kid die no matter how spoilt he is. Also, when you think about it he’s the Arryn version of Egg for Aegon.
(Reuploaded because I wanted to change the format of the drawing also I noticed an error when I posted it) But here it is! I wanted to design the characters for asoiaf. I really love the concept of the Starks being inspired off of Mongolians so I drew up Arya and doodled Catelyn and Sansa too!
I feel that Catelyn would probably wear traditional Mongolian clothing but also wear her house colors representing she’s a Stark and a Tully. Also, Sansa, Robb, Rickon, and Bran have cooler and brighter tones in attire while Ned, Jon, and Arya are warmer and darker. I had so much fun with this and I’m thinking of drawing the rest of the Starks as well!
