#ed tw#anorexia tw#k so here's the thing.#a year ago today is when i started counting calories which ultimately got me spiraling into anorexia and i've been like#struggling on and off but mostly on ever since#and i haven't relapsed into restriction in months i've been doing really well but for some reason the last few days since sunday#i've been feeling absolutely awful and disgusting and it's so fucking sad and so embarrassing somehow becuase i was so far along and#this just feels like a relapse and i don't wanna relapse i really don't i really really don't but at the same time it's os hard not to#especially now that i've strated talking and thinking about it again so much and like looking at triggering things and reading lists#of personal triggers i wrote down during last year#it's bad#and i skipped my therapy session today too and that's bad too and everything is just coming apart and#iit feels so fucking ridiculous to say this one here because i havenÄt been on tumblr literally since october#but somehow like i went through all my contacts and there's nobody i could or want to talk to becuase i don't want it to be real and#i don't want it to be that close in a way#and i don't want people thinking i'm weak or well people knowing i'm weak i don'zt want that#it's also so embarrassing like i said#it's really bad it hasn't been this bad before#someone talk to me please i want to talk to someone without actually talking to someone#i feel so bad :) wow#shut up marlene

i feel like everyone w adhd has at least one specific sensory experience that just straight up makes them emotionally cringe and have like… a sensory afterimage. like when i scratch holographic cards the wrong way i can feel it in my fingers for the next 20 minutes and bros that shit SUCKS who gave holographic cards the right to be that outright AWFUL….
