in which, harrys been in his at home office for the majority of the day, and your little one is getting antsy after not spending time with there best friend, so when heโs typing away and answering emails, they stroll into the office, crawling onto his lap.
Harry sat at his home office desk, surrounded by a sea of papers and instruments. He'd been cooped up in there for most of the day, lost in the creative whirlwind of composing new music.
And it was now nearing two o clock.
Summary: After the announcement that baby Norris was on the way, the McLaren team, F1 media and fans have all been awaiting the baby's arrival and after some teasing and jokes. The day has come but Lando has to balance baby, work and mum's new insecurities.

something about Oscar having had such a gutting race himself and having to deal w the stewards afterward - but like always he showers, changes so that he looks like just another member of the McLaren team and immediately attends all of Lando's celebrations with the same amount of joy as everyone else. like idk something about how Oscar's drive to win is for the sake of winning and otherwise he just wants to be part of the team. and how that is everything that natural born superstar charismatic Lando has always needed in the perfect teammate. how they both immediately were sold on the open door policy between their two race teams and Andrea saying he guesses they must do their own debriefs because their feedback to the engineers is so identical even down to the terminology. and Lando constantly saying since Silverstone '23 what a good effect Oscar's calm has had on him and how hard Oscar's pushed him. and then thanking him in the post race video of his first ever race win because truly Oscar is a part of this. and Lando keeps saying "all these years" and thinking Oscar's been around longer than he has precisely because Oscar has had such a natural influence on everything and fit into exactly what Lando's always known McLaren could be. McLaren wisely built it's hopes around Lando but it even more wisely found Lando's ideal teammate. I'm so stupidly emotional ;__;
