i've been on an archival kick lately and i also noticed a bit of an uptick in activity in this fandom, so i was wondering if y'all would be interested/find useful to have a handy directory of lj fic pages. i know lj can seem daunting for people who never used it before, but it'd be a shame to let all those delightful fics go unread.

this directory would be kara/lee focused because that's what i read, but i'll include some general communities too. plus, if anyone decides to make a similar type of directory for different pairings, characters, or gen fic, let me know and i'll be happy to link your post on mine (whenever all that happens lol)

oh also: if anyone wants to be tagged in the post when i post it, just let me know in the replies.

and then later when he SNEAKS INTO A CORNER TO FUCKING… facetime yoda… like “ok so we have these millions of identical human men who were apparently suspiciously ordered for us by someone???” and yodas fucking response is just “when countless sapient lemons life gives you…….. send those lemons into intergalactic battle you must”

 and obi-wan’s like “shit man you’re so right" 

There literally isn’t a frame of this scene where Obi-Wan doesn’t look confused as hell

You should only write in present tense with extreme caution.

not because it's bad or anything but because if you do it even once you're going to be editing the bits where you shifted tenses out of your writing for the rest of your life

if u write in present tense enough times in a row, you can switch this problem around & get confused when your present-tense narrator is talking abt something that happened in Their past. I recommend this bc it keeps u on ur toes
