Summary:

Lance becomes emotionally overwhelmed after learning that Keith almost sacrificed himself. He sneaks off to gather his thoughts on one of the planets part of the Voltron Coalition known as Lexus. Unfortunately, while he’s there, he gets captured by a group of druids.

He prepares for his luck to get worse as he fights to stay alive, but what he isn’t expecting is for it turn around when Keith comes to rescue him.

My big bad boyfriend is an Alpha and I’m feeling in a snuggly mood. Are you really going to sit there and point of logistics or are you going to come snuggle me?

Keith could see the pouting through the message. Honestly the idea of going and cuddling with his mate was always appealing.

“Keith,” he looked over to where Antok stood at another computer, “I take it the sudden message is from the prince?”

“Yes.”

“You’re free to go then. Goodness knows he’ll be down here himself if you don’t go quickly enough.”

Lance has been on a mission with Hunk in Wazblay and although he absolutely loves spending time with his best friend, he also misses the rest of the team. Keith too.

Before the mission, they had been fighting less and it was even nice being around him. It was quite nice, actually. They were sort of… friends.

Except Keith doesn’t exactly feel like a friend to Lance. He’s very fond of him, like the rest of the Paladins but with Keith it’s a bit… different. Lance doesn’t know how to put it into words but, everytime he’s alone with Keith, he has this weird burning sensation in his stomach and has to remind himself how to breathe.

Hey @cldjendis66! I’m your person for the @klance-exchange! You gave a prompt idea of Lance finding out that Keith doesn’t use conditioner.

I got the idea based off one of your prompts about Lance finding out Keith doesn’t use conditioner. Lance is shocked because Keith already has soft hair, so how the heck is it this way without conditioner?! Keith never bothered with the stuff because it takes up more time and money he doesn’t quite care to spend. After some insisting though, Keith agrees to try out conditioner, but only if Lance washes his hair for him (he was joking mostly, but Lance agreed (only if they wear bathing suits)).

They have fun with bubbles, Lance shows him his tips and tricks, and violà! Keith’s hair is extra floofy after using conditioner which he isn’t too fond of at first… but even he catches himself playing with his hair a little more than he usually does (which Lance finds kind of cute).

Keith decides to use 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner afterwards because it still has the conditioner to satisfy Lance, and it works with Keith’s budget and shower time.

I had a lot of fun working with this and I hope you like it! :D Hope you had an awesome holiday season!
