every time a non-english language song wins the eurovision i grow stronger and stronger like!!!! the whole contest should be about showing your culture and music and native language and so often it feels like we lose sight of that so when a country wins singing something in their native language that’s about their culture… impeccable. europe is such an incredibly diverse continent full of different languages and cultures and shared history and culture and not so shared history and culture and eurovision is at its best when it celebrates that
