Toronto (/tɵˈrɒntoʊ/, locally /ˈtrɒnoʊ/) is the largest city in Canada and the provincial capital of Ontario. It is located in Southern Ontario on the northwestern shore of Lake Ontario. The history of Toronto began in the late 18th century when the British Crown purchased its land from the Mississaugas of the New Credit. The British established a settlement there, called the Town of York, which its lieutenant governor, John Graves Simcoe, designated as the capital of Upper Canada. The city was ransacked in the Battle of York during the War of 1812. In 1834, York was incorporated as a city and renamed Toronto. It was damaged in two huge fires, in 1849 and 1904. Over the years, Toronto has several times expanded its borders through amalgamation with surrounding municipalities, most recently in 1998.

"The brothers began to follow the bearded creature out of the forest.

"What’s Happening?!" one of the brothers exclaimed. “No time to explain! Keep running! We need to get out of the forest!" responded the creature

ey ran, barely escaping the forest as it became completely covered in gray. They turned around and stared in awe as everything in the forest had lost all color.

"Ok, what’s going on?!" yelled the bearded brother.

The creature turned around in anger and yelled back,

"You should have never given Chutney hair from your beard! We bearded creatures have long been able to keep her away from our beards and delay her evil plan. Beard hair was the last ingredient she needed to hatch her evil demon creature. We call it The Gray. As you can see, The Gray takes color from all things and drains all vibrancy from our world. The more that turns gray, the more power Chutney will have. She plans to turn our entire world gray and then recolor it as she pleases. Recoloring something from the gray grants her power and ownership over it. If she is able to recolor our entire world she will have sole control of everything that exists on our planet!

The brothers looked down defeated as they contemplated the consequences of their mistake.

"This is all our fault" one brother said. “We will do whatever we can to help you undo our foolishness."

A little bit more calm now, the creature replied,

"We must find her twin sister. She and her sister are the last of their kind and the only beings able to recolor from gray. However she left here long ago and could be anywhere…but we have no choice. Come, we must hurry. "
