can we talk about this momo plush please

Pinkie pie got infected alongside Mr. And Ms. Cake, eventually conglomerating into a massive, shifting, always-breathing labyrinth of organs and folds of moist, rotting tissue. She is permanently stuck to the basement floor of Sugar Cube Corners.

Though her broken jaw hangs pathetically, what is left of Pinkie tries to force a smile through the agony. Instead of laughing, only feeble gurgles and pained choking can be heard.
