Hello, hello, people. I have some updates for you all:

First of all, Korin and Yuzu are being moved to a new blog! Simply because this blog wasn’t designed to be multi-muse, and I very much dislike how disorganized and cluttered it’s gotten. The new blog is already under construction, and I will be posting the URL in a day or two, mostly once I’ve decided how I’m tagging things. But you’ll probably find it once I start following people on there.

So, what does this mean for threads and asks? I’m keeping the recent threads, and asks that I have, but not all of them. I have about 50 drafts and over 90 asks; I won’t be able to transfer them all over. If there’s a thread or ask you want to continue that you have drafted, please go ahead! I’ll just continue it on the new blog. If there’s a thread I have drafted that you want to continue, please reach out to me. I will be posting a starter call once the blog is ready as well.

I’ll be reblogging a handful of headcanons and musings and such from this blog to the new one so it won’t be completely bare.

I’m not deleting this blog any time soon, but it will be archived once I’m ready to move to the new blog.

His question earns a quick shake of her head, and her gaze flickers toward his feet. Should he be walking around if a horse stood on his foot? How long ago is a while ago? Well, surely any injuries must have healed by now, or he wouldn’t be walking around.

Although she’s not certain he’ll understand, she signs, I’m afraid I’ve never spent much time with horses.

Uncommon Questions for OCs and their creators:

16. What makes their stomach turn?

Just about anything. I mean, she gets nauseous if someone randomly approaches her in a coffee shop; if she sees her hair on the floor after a haircut; if she’s dealing someone who’s overtly cruel; when she’s keeping secrets she can’t keep anymore; when she has to be honest about her less positive feelings. It’s a really long list.

39. How easy is it for them to ignore flaws in other people?

Pretty easy, especially if she’s already friends with said person. If she’s not, it would depend on what said flaw is. She hates being lied to, for example, and being treated like a child or a doll, so those tend to be deal breakers for her. But she’s generally pretty accommodating.

B) What inspired you to create them?

Technically speaking, Yuzu was created by Belzy @sengokuspirits for the Incredible Troupe. I just developed her.

H) What trait do you admire most?

Her perseverance. She’s not a person who gives up easily (and when she does, it’s awful).

Uncommon Questions for OCs and their creators:

1. What’s the maximum amount of time your character can sit still with nothing to do?

Maybe five minutes. She’s not a child who likes to do nothing; if you want her to sit still, give her a puzzle or a project that doesn’t require her to move around.

25. What are their thoughts on marriage?

Korin has some mixed thoughts on marriage. She’s not opposed to it, or she never would have made the promise with Shūri, but she’s also kind of afraid of it. She doesn’t want to marry a stranger so marrying Shūri, who is her friend, is an easy out to her when she’s older. But it’s not really what she wants because she’s a pretty romantic person at heart. And she’ll spend a lot of time telling herself it’ll work and they’ll be happy, even though she’s aware that it’s not really fair to Shūri at all.

C) Did you have trouble figuring out where they fit in their own story?

Not really? Korin’s story is in many ways a story about growing up, but she does a lot of mental backtracking and sidestepping that keeps her stuck in the same place.

G) What trait of theirs bothers you the most?

I thought I was gonna escape certain romantic issues with her because she very much knows what she wants — turns out she also wants to pick the safest path for herself. While this creates some nice contrast, those two traits don’t mesh together very well currently and it’s a little frustrating to sort out.
