me, ranting about how the double is, in fact, commentary on gender expectations and the confines of masculinity (and femininity) and wanting to be a version of yourself that better fits the mold of who society expects you to be rather than you really are, and the simultaneous knowledge that if you were, in fact, to create the version of yourself that fits those expectations more, you would hate it because it’s not right it’s not you and eventually eventually would have to fight with You 2.0 for your true soul:

what if…….harry didn’t put medicine on the album because he wasn’t Ready for The Lyrics and what they could possibly mean to go public but all the love and support he received during his first tour has slowly helped him feel more confident and comfortable with expressing himself and who he is
