Hello~! I am Kitty, or better known as Eredoh. I make a lot of fan art, and personal art. I also reblog a lot of random things I find cool.

I get messages like this one every now and then. I understand if you don’t do something, you don’t really know what goes into it, so.. sure!~ Step one. Buy all the above. (Well, I mean, it doesn’t have to be that exact stuff, but you asked what I used, so there you go). Step two. Learn to sew. Learn to digitize. Digitize your embroidery. Test. Test again. Test again. Make a bear pattern. Tweak. Make another. Tweak. Make another. And anotherrrr. And on, and on, and on.. (seriously, see the prototyping bear pile photo above).  Embroider design. Cut pieces. Sew pieces. Stuff. Assemble. Add hand stitched elements.  So all that = Cap bear. The above is what I used/you need and the cost of making a Cap bear, starting from scratch. I’m sorry you think I’m charging too much for my work. I hope you find making one yourself more to your budget.

Hi! This is Nedras, officially Notoh now. I wasn’t using my blogs regularly and didn’t think anyone would notice so I deleted them. I apologize for not letting my followers know in advance, but as of right now TDOP and FFK are cancelled. I’d been clinging onto those projects for a long time, and while making substantial progress, I didn’t enjoy what I was making. So currently, I am taking time to figure out what I want to do as a dev and to improve myself as an artist. I want to develop something in future (using a lot of the characters from those projects) but this time I want to keep things under wraps and mostly finished until I showcase it. I apologize again for not letting anyone know sooner, and I hope this clears some things up.

“Hey, can you hear me? Are you okay? You seem pretty out of it.“ Nagito is one of my favorite characters in the Danganronpa series! Just an extremely intricate and interesting character to me! Been wanting to draw him for awhile now and meaning to do some fan art and redraws for more art style practice!

Development Blog News Update 12/04

It’s been such a long time since I’ve made a formal post updating this blog, or even The Doctrine of Perseverance. This is why I wanted to make a formal post updating what’s going on with both game projects and what’s in store for the future.

History

So before I can start with the history of Flowers for Kasumi, I need to start with The Doctrine of Perseverance ( @tdop-project ), my first official game that I started working on. When I first saw let’s players like Markiplier and Pewdiepie play rpg horror games, I became obsessed with the genre and wanted to learn how to make a game of my own. My first test game was called “Perseverance” and it was about a girl in an orphanage trying to find her missing sister. This idea was eventually scrapped and reformed to the current project, The Doctrine of Perseverance.

I worked on The Doctrine of Perseverance for about 2-3 years. It was something that I wanted to complete but due to countless frustrations on my end such as lack of motivation, lack of knowledge within the engine, and lack of planning. I figured that if I had another person with me then it’d be easier to finish a project. So my good friend @eredoh and I started working on Flowers for Kasumi.

It was supposed to be a small project, something that could be completed within a month or so and then I’d continue work on The Doctrine of Perseverance. Flowers for Kasumi wasn’t done at the rate Eredoh and I had it expected it to be and eventually Eredoh left the project due to personal issues. Disclaimer: There’s no bad blood between Eredoh and I, she’s one of the sweetest people ever and we support each other wholeheartedly.

At the beginning of the year I was working on the game a lot, got a lot of the new portraits out, finished major chunks of the game, but then a lot of issues started happening in my personal life, I got a full time job, and I stopped working on it for a good amount of time. Life got busy, I had multiple stressful events that clouded my personal life, and I didn’t make any time for either of my projects. But this isn’t the end to my projects.

What’s Going On Now?

About one to two months ago, I started working on Flowers for Kasumi again. I’ve been doing lots of writing, planning out the gameplay, certain features, and drawing a whole lot. There’s a lot of changes happening—a lot that I’m not ready to share yet. I don’t want to post regular updates until at least 50%-75% of the game is complete.

I want to have something I can show off that isn’t rushed, but worked on for a solid amount of time. I think it’ll be worth it. I just don’t want to hype anyone or the project up until I know it’s till that point. So this will probably (and hopefully) be my last official developmental update post on the blog until I’m ready to fully showcase Flowers for Kasumi.

The Future

I don’t have an estimate for when Flowers for Kasumi will be done. I don’t want to stress myself out with a deadline, so it’ll be done when it gets done. I hope that I can finish it next year. Once Flowers for Kasumi is done, I’m going to continue to work on The Doctrine of Perseverance again. I have a lot in store for The Doctrine of Perseverance, as it’s a prequel to Flowers for Kasumi.

Before I go, I do want to say that both games are changing dramatically. Nearly every character in Flowers for Kasumi is getting a name change, and the setting is changed. Both games are also getting title changes, but I’m not ready to reveal that quite yet. I’m really excited for the future. If you made it this far, thank you for reading and I hope you continue to follow the development of my games!

I’m quite interested in seeing everything in store for both games! You are a fantastic story writer and I absolutely cannot wait to see where both projects go.

Oh gosh it's been so long since I've drawn mlp art. Almost a year, or a little over a year for a full mlp picture. I've been working on backgrounds and adding a lot of detail to my art. I'm not the best, but it's definitely getting better from before. I haven't seen the show in such a long time, but I recently saw the sketches for the new generation. I don't think they're worst designs, just, different. I've decided to do my own spin on Luna's design. It's not concrete, but I'm not sure how much MLP I'll be drawing in the near future, so it'll stay for now. I hope you guys enjoy!
