A Forgotten Legend
Last time, I swear 🫣I made the decision that he needed "lighter" colors to appear as though he were from Heaven rather than Hell... and I had to give him more armor, and his mask 🫣
This is The Six-Eared Macaque, although that's only a nickname he got from the other heavenly deities. His true name is Liù'ěr Míhóu, which was bestowed upon him by the Jade Emperor (his adoptive father). The Buddha gave him his six ears (six golden ornaments) as a gift.
Liù'ěr is a courageous warrior whose unlimited strength knows no bounds. His ability to control the wind and all other elements is simply extraordinary. All individuals in the celestial realm revere and admire him for his leadership, devotion, loyalty, and generosity. But in the mortal realm, he fights for the gods and promotes the teachings of Buddhism to all. And he was promised at birth that he would soon be given a mission, a voyage that would allow him to accomplish the one thing he'd been longing for, Enlightenment. If only he knew the real reason why such a feat is impossible. (That's all I have for now! Enjoy this work of art! I'll make one on his Kaiju/casual heavenly attire/ face form shortly.)

This hits so good, both as a standalone but even better as a continuation of your previous Mute/Vigil story. Vigil might think he doesn't need love and he's struggling in the face of it, because of how rarely he's been shown such care and emotion. But Mute is there to show him how to be vulnerable again, and how it is worth it. And the fact he confesses his feelings on Valentine's Day only adds to the whole romanticism of the moment <3

Here's a little sneak peek of the fic I'm working on, or more like struggling, cause for once in my life I decided to write for Tachanka's pov and I find myself rewriting parts of it quite often... It's still an interesting exercise! And I want to thank the discord server for the unhinged and horny idea that is the backbone of this fic 😂
However, if one was stubborn enough to push past that initial impression, Kapkan readily accepted gestures of camaraderie and jokes, instead of pushing people away. Tachanka was sure that, despite his shows of aloofness, Kapkan would miss their friendly teasing and rough-housing. He waggered Kapkan would also miss Tachanka dragging him into pub crawling with the British and German guys, if he suddenly stopped in his efforts. Perhaps, like a wild tomcat or dog, he just needed to be properly socialized. Tachanka snorted at the thought. This was a person he was thinking about, not his dog Rufus. _ The thought of breaking in -socializing- Kapkan stayed with him, like a burr sticking to his mind. Both because of how ridiculous it seemed at first glance, and because Tachanka never shied away from a challenge. He would readily admit to himself that, although he’d been married and been perfectly happy fucking his wife and other women before her, he also found the masculine form attractive. He was no stranger to finding release with a comrade, even if that had been long ago. At the end of the day, Tachanka didn’t think it was a big deal if the person taking his dick was a man or a woman, as long as they both enjoyed their time together.

Nex, although he’s a cocky and arrogant Paladin, he makes up for it through tenacity, perseverance, and talent. He’s remarkable at what he does and although the youngest, he makes sure no one underestimates him. Yet his talents actually surpasses the other Specialist at Red Fountain.

First of all, I wholeheartedly respect your headcanon on how Vigil's upbringing was. It's so in-character and I live by it. Blackbeard being the cool papa figure that he is, but we all know who came to matter in Vigil's life. WE KNOW WHO. I love to see him fawning over the handsome Mute, but we can also tell that the feelings are mutual. Only love can heal the hurt and ease the tension that our poor Korean man had been suffering from. Oh man when I got to the climax, the end got me feeling screaming but I know goodness always takes time. I teared up but it's a good kind of tear, guys. You really should read this. Thank you for this delicious fic my broseph!
