This week was rough on both me and my editor in terms of being busy, so might be a bit longer for the next chapter (8k words long whooo) so I wanna share the WIP and very first sketches I did for this fic. The covers! Can't wait to find the time to render these.

that art piece is beautiful but for the record, maruki's reality is not akechi's wish. it's a collective of wishes that ultimately comes down to joker's choice at the end. the art book just confirms that he is aware of the false reality and that his wish is to hang out with joker. which is also crazy. i want to emphasize that your art including that one is GORGEOUS AND I LOVE IT im just such a "um actually!!"person. cant be saying wrong things about MY favorite guy. especially when the art so good

I realize now my phrasing was a bit odd, I do know that much. But what I meant was the fact we have thought for a long time that Akechi in the Maruki Reality ending was only a fragment that exists from Joker's wish. But with the artbook, we find out that the life he lives on that reality is from his own inner wishes, not Jokers. They are each other's wishes per se. I'm just celebrating the fact that Akechi has a wish. That's my interpretation of it at least. Glad you like the art ^^
