The photo is from my run last Sunday as there's only so many selfies of me in the dark I can take. - In just over a month it will be the winter solstice and this the shortest day of daylight. After that the only way is up to spring - there's just winter to get through first. - I'm feeling under the weather today. In fact I was yesterday when I ran 5 miles and Sunday when I did 6. It was one of those runs where over It I could just keep the pace going forever. - But, just as I rounded the corner for home something happened... - One of the neighbours has a large dog with a big bark. It doesn't like Duke and the feeling appears mutual. As I passed their house it came out at us, it lead flailing behind. Duke put himself between be and the dog. And I cried out "SHIT THE BED"! - Fortunately it's well trained dog and went back on command while I looked foe my heart that had shot out of my mouth! https://ift.tt/2CTn9Om
