Prompt:Ā I would like a Dean/Reader fic please? She gets kidnapped. They have to find her. They do find her but she is in such bad shape they think they were to late. They call Cas to heal her. Dean realizes he loves her and tells her that he will always be with her. A few months later he proposes to her. End it in smut please.
āDean careful. Dean. Dean!ā Sam hissed but the older brother paid no attention to him much less his words. He couldnāt help it, he was practically on autopilot.
A different kind of autopilot than any other case, though. Because this, all of this, was different. His feelings were different, the ones that were driving him over the edge were different from any heād ever had before. This kind of autopilot was not his inner hunter about to save another victim from a bunch of vampires, and not his inner brother that drove him either; although heād called you sister many times. Hell, this was far from sibling feelings.
āDeanā Sam growled, grabbing him by the arm and yanking him back before he could do one of the most ā if not the most ā reckless thing he could; walk inside straight from the front door completely unguarded.
āWhat?!ā he growled at his little brother who gave him a look.
āWhat what?ā he hissed āAre you completely insane!? What are you even thinking? About to walk in like that?ā
