“Well we can test that after.” Aaron replied shaking his head, “We can order in since you’re the one that wants me in your bad asap.”
“Not asap!” Luther straightens his shirt and uses the elevator mirror to check himself out from every angle. “Man, you’re, like, so lucky to spend time with me. Do you feel it?”
Oh of course Luther takes it the wrong way which has Aaron actually choking. “Not like that. I just got off work, I’m hungry and not for your dick currently. I need enough to fill my stomach.”
“Oh, I can make plenty for your stomach,” Luther chuckles too, trying to cool off. “Do you want to go out and have dinner, or order in, pervert?”
Aaron def notices the red and smirks, feeling much better at the affirmation. “Aren’t you going to feed me?”
Luther goes even redder, surprised. “Excuse me?” Pervert.
“Well I’m clarifying it again now.”
“So sappy,” complains Luther, cheeks going a cute shade of red. “Fine, I like you too. Now come on, we have a bed to lie in. Among other things.”
“No,” he said with a head shake. “I just…I guess I didn’t expect you to reclaim me so quickly.”
“I never unclaimed you. Not for real. Like, you never said you wanted me to. Just packed your shit and left, like you’re the one to be angry.”
“Why else do you think I’d be upset, minus the actual dignity thing.”
Luther looks at Aaron like he’s crazy. “I thought it was only the dignity thing! You never clarified the rest.”
“Oh–” he said, startled now. “Oh, um…okay.” What was he going to tell Keaton? “Tonight?”
Luther looks at Ira a little puzzled. “You got other plans?”
Aaron’s eyebrows shot up as he stopped walking. “Do you not remember the whole thing where I was upset you only saw me as a fuck buddy because I actually like you and saw us as more?”
“I remember it as you being upset that I called you a fuck toy, not because of you liking me more than that.”
“Of course,” Ira said, blinking in momentary confusion. Had he…just been reclaimed, or…?
Luther sighs. “Pack your stuff and come back up when you’re done. I’ll open a bottle of something for us to drink.”
“Do you remember the whole scene when we went for a walk? I thought that was pretty obvious.”
“It so wasn’t. The fact that I have no idea what you’re talking about speaks volumes.”
“Sounds fair,” Ira said with a little nod, scrunching up his nose. “I really didn’t mean anything negative that I said. You were a really good master.”
“Am. Not were.” Luther huffs, but relaxes a bit. “Fine, I guess you’re forgiven. But watch what you say in the future.”
“It’s fine,” Ira answered shortly, deciding not to mention that he had actually been living in Keaton’s suite for the last few days. “Uh, yeah, I’m sorry that I said things about you and your claim on me that could have been misconstrued as negative.”
“Doesn’t sound like you mean it at all.” Luther can’t really believe this guy. After all the kindness and mercy he’d shown Ira... “Whatever. You’re not coming back with me unless you start behaving better.”
“Wow, so heartfelt. You know, you don’t have to pretend not to like me. We both know we like each other.”
“You don’t act like you like me all that much.”
“…I meant hello,” Ira answered with a raised brow.
“Hi. How’s life in the commons? Did you think over your apology to me?”
“Oh no, we’re not doing this again. You request me if you want me. I’d be happy to sleep in your bed okay?”
Luther rolls his eyes. “Fine. I’ll rent you, because I like spending time with you. And you’re better than no company, I guess.”
