Dating During the Zombie Apocalypse and Other Problems with Bucky’s Love Life - The problem with being a centenarian super soldier during the apocalypse is that it’s hard to find someone with shared life experiences, especially when half the dating pool has been turned into zombies. Although Bucky’s still not over Steve’s loss, he doesn’t have the energy to fight overly zealous and well-meaning Peter Parker. That’s why he agrees to an online dating profile, starts chatting with a user that goes by out_of_time, and figures out how to balance a social life with his very serious work of fighting zombies and saving the world. He also gets a surprise or two along the way.

Summary:
Peggy Carter pushed a tentacle monster through a portal and fought until the portal reopened. She expected to find her friends waiting for her on the other side, but instead she discovered that the war had long been won and she was stranded 70 years into the future.
Whatever she expected for the future, it wasn’t Pride celebrations, a massive Hydra infiltration, and a sharp-witted redhead that kept Peggy on her toes as she tried to navigate her strange new existence. And if Peggy found herself growing fond of her new friend, well. It didn’t matter, because her friend was going to expose the corruption of SHIELD by Hydra and disappear into the sunset, and Peggy refused to make plans for another dance that wouldn’t happen.

As someone whose never done a big bang before, is this a lot for one to do? (If sign ups is still open) but also, let's say someone wanted to write Peggy Carter, would it have to be Captain Carter?
Whether it is a lot is up to the participant, but we can give the basic facts. The info slides are due in about two weeks, so if you believe that you can be 20% finished with a 5000 word fic or comparable art piece by then, feel free to sign up (by the 29th). The more complete by claims, the better chance of finding a match. Teams will have about 2 and a half months to finish their pieces before posting.
In terms of Peggy Carter, it does not have to be Captain Carter, but the work needs to have a main character or element that is clearly from the What If series. So you can certainly have non-super-soldier Peggy along with one or more of the What If characters.
