“What’s going on?” Riki says as he shows up at the scene, his eyes widen at what’s happening in front of him.
There you were, red with anger and tears in your eyes, glaring at Kyo, who was shaken up with tears.
“Oh I’ll tell you what’s going on!” You scream, which makes both Kyo and Riki flinch.
Jungwon comes in a few minutes after Riki, and he stumbles back a bit when he sees how much the situation has escalated.
“Jungwon and your little girlfriend have been going behind our backs and kissing each other!” You cry out, and Riki feels like his legs are jelly, ready to give up at that moment.
“W-what?”
“Please I’m sorry,” Kyo says, hiccuping as she does so, “it was never supposed to go this far Riki.”
“Oh my god!” You exclaim, you hold onto your head with both hands, anger fueling your body, “you go say sorry to him first? What about me Kyo? Why aren’t you apologizing to me? Your best friend for fucks sake! The person who despite all the rumors circling around—trusted you! What about me?” Your voice cracks and Riki turns away from the scene, trying his best not to cry.
“Im so sorry.” Kyo tries to make her way to you but you only push her back, making her stumble to the ground.
Jungwon quickly kneels next to her, whispering nothing but comforting words into her ear.
Riki, whose eyes are bloodshot tries to move towards them, but you pull him back, muttering it’s not worth it.
“You are so fucking pathetic,” you scowl, “both of you. Kyo, my best friend, my band mate, the girl who I’ve trained with for years—going behind my back—for Yang Jungwon, the boy who she knew I liked since pre debut?!” You’re far too upset to care about accidentally confessing your feelings out loud to Jungwon.
“Oh fuck off,” Jungwon says, pushing Kyo to the back of him, “why are you so mad huh? This is fake. Our relationship was built on lies and it was simply for promotions!”
“Don’t talk to her that way hyung,” Riki mutters under his breath.
You laugh bitterly, your chest felt as if it was closing in on you, “You know Yang Jungwon, if I had known you were such an entitled asshole, I would’ve never liked you!”
“Kyo! Fucking look at me!” You say, “come out and fucking face me and Riki right now you bitch!”
Jungwon pushes you back as you try to get closer, and Riki returns the same to him, pushing Jungwon harshly.
“Don’t fucking touch her like that,” Riki says angrily.
“Look at me right now Kyo! Look at me and tell me it was worth it! Tell me ruining our friendship and your relationship with Riki was worth it!”
Kyo only shakes her head from behind Jungwon’s back, grasping onto his shirt.
“Leave her the fuck alone, she’s gonna have a panic attack if you don’t stop.” Jungwon snarls, “you selfish bitch.”
That makes you see red and the next thing you know—you slap Yang Jungwon across the face and Riki gasps loudly.
“Cmon Y/N,” Riki says, pulling you back, “he isn’t worth it.”
You can only scoff. Notice how Riki says he—not they. Kyo must’ve been such a good actor and manipulator that even Riki couldn’t find it in himself to place the blame on her.
“Whatever, you both just leave.” You’re honestly tired by now, from all the yelling and your emotions running all over the place, “and Kyo, I don’t want to see your face again today. Don’t bother talking to me.”
