I love, love, love that Jemma’s last line was about fascinating alien anatomy. Excitement about the unknown was such a hallmark of her character at the beginning of the show; she dragged Fitz into the field for it and responded to every new weird thing with delight. No one can blame her for losing that excitement. It got beat out of her, rather. That’s why I’m even more emotional that she feels safe enough now to get that part of her back—hurray for the writers showing us that she’s not just happy, she’s healing!
And do you remember what your favorite star was?
Fitzsimmons Dictionary | Tea

For years. We had our happily ever after.
“One solid idea was that we wanted to give FitzSimmons a happy ending, finally. We had tortured them enough that we wanted to show they had the promise of their life together.” - Maurissa
Yeah so this show really said to save the world we are going to use love, empathy, and compassion. That heart and love wins over violence and suffering. They did that, Agents of Shield did THAT.

Honestly as gutted as I am that this is the end, I feel so light and almost peaceful. The writers did right by us, did right by the show, and did right by the characters. I feel so at peace knowing I can re watch this show when ever I need to and know it’s leading to the light at the end of the tunnel that there was a reason for all the pain and suffering along the way. It’s amazing what a happy ending can accomplish.
crei que solo era yo.. porque ahora mismo me siento en tanta calma sabiendo que a pesar de todo, siguen siendo familia y agentes de shield, cada uno con su vida..
