Yall need to stop boycotting Spilt

Okay, I usually don’t come on here with my own opinions but I feel the need to speak up. And fuck all yall haters.

Split is the most mental illness empowering movie I have ever seen.

M. Night Shaymalan used great care in handling both illnesses displayed (DID & PTSD) throughout the film. James McAvoy’s performance is well portrayed, chilling, and beautiful. I never felt like his character was a bad person. What I saw was a good man struggling with an illness in his brain and trying to live in a world that broke and triggered him constantly.

The movie itself is, at times, hard to watch but that is expected for a Shaymalan film. In true Shaymalan fashion, this movie is filmed in an artistic way that forces you to face some hard truths without actually having to shove it in your face.

I honestly feel that every person with any kind of mental illness needs to see this movie. I personally walked out of the movie last night feeling empowered and even more accepting of myself because for once the characters with mental illness had the upper hand in both bad and good ways and I had witnessed a movie that not only understood how things can be for a mentally ill person but was able to display both the up and down sides of the illness.

And to top it all off there is a surprise at the end that completely turns the film on it’s head and even changes the world that you believe the film is in.

So basically what I am trying to say is don’t bash this movie until you have seen it. Go see it and if you still feel like it displays mental illness poorly then hate on it all you want.

I, however, want to thank Mr. Shaymalan and his cast and crew for a tense, beautiful, well researched and well put together peice of cinema. This is what movies were meant to be. Thank you for all of your hard work.

My thoughts exactly :D

Once again,

Tumblr has proven to be full of stupid, with no brain and sick people.

Let me tell you something, you have your own opinions, that’s fine we all have different opinions and we can’t always be agree in a certain subject. We all have a voice, and NO ONE should tell you what to do or what to speak.

However, you ask for respect when you can’t even respect others, you ask for decency when you keep sending death threats and hate, you ask for a lot of more things that envolve “respect” but you keep going being the inmature and stupid person that you are.

I have ZERO RESPECT for those people who keep reaching the limit, and that limit has just crossed the line. Because yeah why not, sending death threats is TOTALLY FINE AND FUN.

You keep going with your idiotic thoughts that will get you nowhere.

I do support Split, because it’s a movie that I haven’t seen yet and I have no idea of how the movie is going to treat the DID issue.

So yeah, let’s see if some of you motherfuckers have the balls to come at me and send hate or what’s even more fun death threats.

Have a nice fuckin day.

Split

Now, to be honest with you all, this is a post i didn’t wanted to do, because I get nauseous everytime I see a stupid post saying that James McAvoy is a murderer (<— people are actually believing this shit) and an insensitive person for doing Split and all that rubbish.

First things first, I’m seeing a lot of hate towards James for doing Split not only in this piece of shit site but as well as Twitter, and I decided to investigate why the reason of such.

So I came with the conclusion that the mayority of the people against this film are saying that he shouldn’t have done the movie because it deals with the DID issue and the filmmaker such as the actor playing a FICTIONAL character should get all the hate as well as death threats for doing a movie that it’s completely fictional.

I understand what DID means, I have friends of friends who are dealing with this terrible issue, however James as well as the filmmaker, crew and cast are doing their JOBS, they get paid for doing it, no one here should get the blame for doing a MOVIE that’s based in fiction.

Learn the difference of a real life character and a character that’s completely fictional in the first place before coming with such stupidity like “Because the movie says that people dealing with DID are murderers, we are going to treat them as such.” I think people with a thinking and functional brain can tell that people dealing with DID ARE NOT MURDERERS.

It’s unbelievable how people are coming with all this hate to a movie they haven’t seen yet. If you don’t want to see the movie that’s fine, no one is going to force you to see something you don’t want to see.

These kind of people who keep posting hate and rage towards James, Shyamalan and crew, to me they are children in look for attention, and that’s fine, they are entitled to their own opinions but i ask you this now

Is this spread of hate to an actor doing his job truly necessary?

Very well said! I’m in 100% agreement! Judging this movie and James before even seeing it is completely stupid on the part of these childish little cunt bitches!!!!!! I for one will support and love James until the end of time!!! JAMES YOU ARE THE BEST!!! I LOVE YOU! YOU ARE AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!!! ^_^ <3 :)
