Hi!

Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately I don't have any plans to reopen the sale at the moment, I don't have the time or the means to make it happen. Most of the artists shared their art and have been reblogged on this account, which I don't plan of deleting, so you can find most of the contents of the zine here. Sorry again! Thanks for the interest and welcome to the fandom!!

Zine update

Hello all! It’s been a while!

A quick update for any wandering soul who somehow ended up on this page : the zine is not on sale anymore, and I don’t know if it will ever be back on sale.

My situation has changed and it would be quite complicated for me now to deal with the money. If I have the time, I’ll have a look at possibilities for selling it again but I’m not making any promises. :(

I am still absolutely amazed and super grateful for everyone’s participation and support. We’ve raised so much money for a great charity and I am super proud of us as a fandom for doing this! 

It was a wonderful project, quite challenging but so rewarding, and I’m very glad I’ve got to do it with yall! <3

Hello everyone!

First I want to thank you all for the support so far, it has been amazing, and I can’t believe how much money we’ve raised! Just look at this!

(note : this is the earnings without the itch and paypal fees). 

The last donation was made last month : 

I am still amazed by the success of this project and so while it’s too complicated for me to leave the zine available to buy all the time, I could do a special winter sale, making it available to buy for two weeks or a month around December, for all those who weren’t able to buy it earlier, or who want to gift it to friends. The charity we’ll donate to will be a different one, there will be a new post soon with all the details. 

Thank you again for the support, and I hope you had a great Halloween! :)

Give Your Back To Me is LIVE! You can buy it for £7 (or more) on our itch.io shop : giveyourbacktomezine.itch.io

GYBTM is a charity art zine for the All for the game book series by Nora Sakavic (@korakos), comprised of illustrations of comics of scenes from the books, on over 170 pages by 52 artists (artists list). The zine will be available for download until August 31st 2017.

All benefits will be donated to the Albert Kennedy trust, a UK charity that supports LGBT teens who are homeless or live in a hostile environment. 

After months of hard work, the zine is finally here! Thank you to Nora for giving us permission to do it, to @jensuisdraws for having the idea for the zine and letting me organize it, to all the artists who signed up, to everyone who was active on the chat, and to the fandom, who supported this project from the beginning! All the art is absolutely amazing and I’m excited to finally share it all with everyone! (PS : if you’re an artist and haven’t received an email by tomorrow, email me!)

Today is the last day to buy the zine!

After today, the zine won’t be available for sale until I figure out a different way to sell it, I can’t say when or even if it’ll be available again, although i’m gonna do my best to make it happen! I’ll make the last donation to the AKT this week end.

Hey everyone!

Just to let everyone know that the zine will stop being sold at the end of the month, I’ll close the website after the 31st and make the final donation then.

I don’t know when the zine will be back for sale, if we sell it again. The process of collecting and donating the money is gonna get more complicated for me, so I’ll be looking into different options and will keep you updated on the blog.

Thank you to everyone who bought the zine so far! I’m still amazed at the amount of money we’ve collected and donated!!

Hi anon!

We’d love to make a physical copy of the zine, but with the number of pages, it’d be quite expensive to print. It’d also be very time consuming to prepare it for print. But once digital sales are closed, we’ll look into it. Maybe we can do a few printed copies and make an auction or something!

If anyone is having trouble buying the zine on the website, please let me know and you can buy the zine directly from me! 

I’ll give you the paypal address privately, and once you’ve sent the payment I’ll send you the zine by email. Once you’ve sent the payment, send me a message with the email address. If this doesn’t work however I’m afraid there’s not much I can do, as paypal is the only way I have to collect the money. 

All my apologies for this problem, unfortunately I couldn’t figure why it happens, the settings on the website should let anyone buy the zine. :(

A while ago I was part of this wonderful thing called @giveyourbacktome-zine and honestly I could not be more glad I decided to overcome my fears of participating artistically in a fandom. Not only did all these people become my friends but since I have been able to improve a lot in my drawings and how I participate in fandoms in general. If you life AFTG or just would like to see some pretty rad art based on an amaxing story… Please go check the zine out and help raise for a charity!

“The king’s men” comic for @giveyourbacktome-zine part 1

I’m finally sharing the hellish comic I did for the tfc zine! I say hellish because I like to make my life more complicated than it needs to be and did this 16 pages monster. I choose the scene at the begining of the last book when Neil, Kevin, Aaron and Nicky go get Andrew from the hospital. 

My process for this comic was : make all the backgrounds in 3D, do the storyboard in photoshop, print it, use a light table to do the lineart with pencil, scan it, add inks, scan it again, editi everything in photoshop. Needless to say, it took me ages to finish it, but I’m proud of it, and mostly, I’m super proud of the zine! It wasn’t easy to organize, but all the art is absolutely amazing!! ♥
