november 19th 2019 — a list: sleeping in, cleaning the flat, going to my psychiatrist appointment, cooking lunch, reading a archenemies, taking care of myself and drinking good coffee, reading, reading, reading, forever reading words, absorbing them, breathing them in and forever holding them in my heart. reading is truly magical and i wouldn’t trade it for the world.

praying for everyone doing exams right now <3 we shall get through this !

remember to:

🌸 get enough sleep, drink enough water, have some fruit every day. do not sacrifice your physical health!

🌸 take breaks between revision so you maintain your focus

🌸 stay with calm people before the exam begins. stressed people just spread more stress.

🌸 remember that grades do not define you.

🌸 don’t stop doing hobbies. take time to do the things you enjoy and spend time with people you love.

🌸 stay away from drama/toxicity. if possible, remove it from your life.

i love you, i believe in you, you are capable of so much and no grade defines that. we will end up where we are meant to be, i promise. try your best whilst also maintaining your health.
