Fic Donations

I’ve been debating this, because my niche isn’t exactly the most wholesome, but honestly the end result is more important that how we get there. I will, for now, be putting all my projects more or less on hold, and opening myself up to comissions. The money gained from these commissions will all be donated to a fund that splits donations between different bail funds, for the purpose of bailing out protestors who are arrested. (https://secure.actblue.com/donate/bail_funds_george_floyd) I will be putting in fifty dollars no matter what, and will of course provide proof of all donations when they happen. 

How it’s gonna work: You: Do Not Send Me Money before sending me a DM, either here or on twitter. We will talk terms, wants, needs, length, and once it’s all hashed out I’ll get to work.Turn around from acceptance date shouldn’t be anymore than a week, but I’ll communicate often and keep you informed. At the halfway point I’ll let you see what I’ve got, if satisfied I’ll send you my KoFi link. Once payment is received I’ll finish up and you get to decide what happens next (Just for your use, put it on tumblr, put it on AO3, print it out and eat it.) 

The Pricing: 1.00 per 100 words, 10$ (thousand word) minimum

What I’m willing to write: Any rating (G-E, though if you want something G you are taking your own life into your hands cause. Whooo) Of anything length of your wallet’s choosing, with themes and kinks, if any, to be discussed when we chat.

Will I write in AUs I’ve written before: Yes 

Can you request a chapter update: Don’t do that to yourself, you’ll just be sad when I don’t update again after that.  

How many: I’m be accepting 3 (three, tres) people at first and I’ll consider more as things are completed. I don’t want to over extend, because money is involved and the situation is a serious one that means so very much to me. 

Acceptable fandoms/pairings: In order to keep us all happy I will be limiting the ships some. Trust me you’ll get better content from me if I don’t hate what I’m writing.

I don’t mean to sound like I’m throwing shade on the EPs, but - they aren’t master storytellers. They believed a majority of the fandom would just accept Keith as Black Paladin after Shiro struggled for the role. They believed we’d just accept Lotor going crazy - after he was shown so calculating and brilliant. We’d just accept Allura is an almost all-power space mage because she spent less than three vargas in Oriande. 

  • Or Keith is leadership material because he spent two years on the back of a whale leading no one. 
  • Or Lance exudes complete and total confidence, despite not helping the clone or Shiro in S5-6, despite never using his bayard alone in Voltron, despite having been the only paladin locked out his lion. 
  • Or Shiro just miraculously got over his PTSD. 
  • Or Haggar lost her maternal instincts between S5E2 and S6E5.
  • Or Axca and Keith might suddenly be a thing now because they spent a few dobashes in an animal’s stomach (and Keith hadn’t known it was Axca), then they looked across a Kral Zera at each other, and…that’s it. Keith doesn’t know Axca didn’t fire on him in Black - he was too focused on Shiro. But now Keith and her might be an item…?
  • Or a show about found family has nothing to do with found family but an endless stream of quests to find blood related relatives. 

So for the EPs to think that a) we have no attachment to a character that has literally been four seasons and b) have none of the paladins even mourn him - is right up their fucked-up alley.

Few months ago me and @jupitertriton decided to do collabs together. We both read @pink-contrail‘s fanfic at that time and we somehow settled on the idea of drawing our favourite scenes from it. Then I learned that pinku had b-day then! And both me and Jup got excited that our collabs will be like b-day gifts to her!!

But eventually some stuff got in the way that we had no control over and it got sooooo delayed, BUT! THE WAITING IS OVER. OUR COLLABS ARE HERE. AND I COULDN’T BE MORE PROUD OF US BOTH.

This piece here is my favourite scene, so the line art is by me and that beautiful, soft coloring is done by Jupiter. I would give everything away for that colouring style. //cries// I’m so excited to share it that I don’t even know what to say aaaaaaa ♥♥♥ Jup, you are so good and I am so honored we could do that together y-y

I haven't watched season 7 yet because exam season is here where I live and I've heard some pretty bad stuff about how the writers have shoved Keith into the spotlight once again, the LGBT rep and the game show episode with everyone calling Lance dumb and ??? Should I just skip a few episodes?? Are those important plot points?? Or were they just grinding everyone's face in the dirt this season??

first off, i wanna say good luck on your exams!! good on you for focusing on your schoolwork!!!

as for the show... let me first preface this with the fact that, usually, whatever you’re imagining form what youve seen/been told, it’s worse than what the actual show’s content is. your imagination is scarier than a lot of things, if you let it be. 

that said..... (some spoilers ahead, though i guess you know of them, here is clarification)
