1 tablespoon cardamom tea (or just black tea) 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1 teaspoon cinnamon as much honey as you can stand milk or lemon juice (not both) 1/2 teaspoon chili pepper flakes if necessary water just off of boiling -- put all the tea and spices in a very fine tea strainer (or a mug and then strain with a coffee filter later) pour in the hot water and leave room for the honey and milk steep for maybe three minutes (this is where you would use a coffee filter) stir in the honey add the milk (this is why it's called Jupiter apparently, because clouds) or lemon drink and then nap
