Tropes that I will 100% eat up, no matter what:

- experimented on against their will

- monster hunter cursed to become the thing they’re hunting

- finding out one or both of their parents weren’t actually human

- the longer they stay in the fantastical otherworld/the more magic they use, the less human they become

- experimented on, but they volunteered for it

- lost their memories, including all memories of how they got superpowers/became whatever they are

- basically just anything involving people undergoing transformations they don’t 100% understand and can’t control

- (especially if there’s an extra helping of angst on top)

the problem with reading and writing leading to a strong vocabulary is that you tend to know the vibe of words instead of their meanings.

if I used this word in a sentence, would it make sense? absolutely. if you asked me what it meant, could I tell you? absolutely not.

List 5 songs you actually listen to & then tag 10 people. I was tagged by @garden-of-mythology-and-fate-go Thank you! c: Sorry it took me so long! (I promise it wasn't because I didn't want to do it; communication just Was Not Happening for a while and then it took me way too long to decide which 5 songs to pick.)

I'm sticking an instrumental in here because I listen to instrumental music as much or more than vocal songs so leaving them out completely doesn't feel right (also this particular one has a background chorus so technically it does have vocals, haha).

In no particular order (because picking only 5 is hard enough without trying to rank them, too ^_^; Also, these aren't necessarily my 5 favorite songs, just 5 songs I like that I've listened to quite a few times):

  • Piece of my world by Night Ravens (Some of the lyrics are wrong in this video and it bothers me SO MUCH but I can't find another version of the full song with decent audio T-T) I also love the version sung by (some of) the TWST voice actors!
  • Book 7 Overblot Theme from Twisted Wonderland—I believe it's by Ozawa Takumi? (All the boss music from TWST is great and it was really hard to choose; this one gets the mention because it's the most recent so I've been listening to it the most in the last month or so)
  • Touch off by UVERworld
  • DYING WISH by Hatanaka Tasuku (Idk what it is about his voice, but I'm in love with it. Doesn't matter whether it's singing or voice acting, he just…does something to my ears and it makes me smile. And while I did hear him in a few things like BnHA before this, this song was what first really made me notice him).
  • Raise by Chilli Beans.
