my hand-knit dallas stars blackout jersey (sweater edition) is complete! just in time for game 1 round 1 of their 2024 playoff run 💚

this project was such a labour of love and the pictures above are the culmination of three months of planning, two months of knitting and too many days procrastinating weaving in all the ends 🥲

if i was as unwell as i was in college, this hockey season would’ve been my fixing btw. stars rangers canes top of the league like. i would be screaming and crying and drooling. i am now but i just don’t come online on my sideblogs a lot anymore but just know.

today someone told me that they just KNOW the stars are gonna w*n the c*p this year and i’m like.

ma’am (gn), they could sweep every series and not one ounce of my body would trust them to win another. i have EXPERIENCED STARS HOCKEY. i know no trust. they have wronged me so that my dna has been altered by this.
