Stuff like guerilla gardening, stickering, wheatpasting, lifting, graffiti, pothole-filling and other minor illegal acts aren’t only important for their primary effects, but because disobeying your capitalist programming helps break down the internalized worldview that comes with it
You start seeing society as it is: a collection of flawed, limited, man-made institutions that can be ignored, reshaped, or abolished. You see your environment as something that you’re free to improve and beautify. You see items on shelves as common property which is unjustly hoarded and guarded. You see cops as violent oppressors upholding the unfair demands of the ruling class - but you also see them as human, able to be avoided, fooled, and fought
Practice illegalism daily to see past the smoke and mirrors that make it look like the way things are is the way they must be. A better world is possible

humans LOOOOVE relief from toil
I don't know how to break it to you but this is Spanish
I. I read this,, as
THREE leeches? In this economy?
And just
Hgshvshxghatyfdgxfgd
@blob-of-darkness it means “three milks? In this economy?”
HDVVXGSBJCGWNUSGYJZSHSH MILKS-
Lol tres leches is a kind of Latin American cake most commonly found in Mexican bakeries, pastry shops, and really anywhere with cakes. It’s made with whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk (hence three milks). It’s a very rich and very delicious cake, and if you haven’t had it before, I highly suggest you try it.
Ooh that sounds really cool! Sure, I'll try it when I get the chance. Thanks for explaining ❤️
Absolutely! And if you have any dairy allergies, I’m sure there are some great vegan alternatives out there!
I don't have any dairy allergies, however my brother is lactose intolerant.
I didn't know that until today because he drinks milk a lot?? And now he told me he always gets stomach aches from milk but drinks it anyway because he likes the taste. -_-
This same brother also eats Kiwifruit, which he is allergic to, because he likes the taste.
I really hope he never has any severe food allergies-
Lol I’m allergic to dairy, but it tastes so good that I usually just take an allergy pill and then go for the ice cream.
If he ever gets diagnosed with celiac, though, he definitely wants to avoid it. It’s so much worse than a stomach ache and a rash.
What's an allergy pill????
There’s Allegra, Benadryl, and a few others you can buy at most stores in pill form that target allergy specific symptoms like itchy throat/eyes, runny/watery eyes and nose, itchy skin from rashes/hives, and most mild symptoms that you wouldn’t need an epipen for.
They only work a little on more severe allergies. Like if I’m around lavender and I leave quick enough that the only thing that happens is that I start itching or my lungs start to ache, I can take a pill and drink some water and make sure the lavender has dissipated and I’ll be generally okay. But if someone has anything lavender near me for more than a minute or two, I break out and have severe reactions that a pill can’t help and I have to use an epipen.
It's not a severe allergy, so I think he's fine. Thank you for informing me about that though, good to know in advance.
No problem! I like sharing random knowledge haha
I like listening to people ramble/infodump/share random knowledge (or in these cases read?) so it's all good!
...
Uh oh
I just realized it's 1:30 am here-
I should probably try to sleep soon-
Probably a good idea.
Sleep well!
Yeah...
Thanks, I'll try but sleeping is really not my strong suit. Last night I fell asleep after 5 am, woke up again in the morning and then after a while of tossing and turning managed to fal asleep again. :(
Aww I’m sorry. I usually try to meditate or put on a movie I know well enough to sleep to
Can't focus on meditation because I get bored and movie is out of the question since the TV is upstairs in my brothers room :(
Dang that sucks
I hope you find something to help
Yeah, it sucks but I'm not sure what to do about it. However it's rose Monday right now which means I don't have to worry about having online school right in the morning, since we won't have online school today. I hope I'll get some rest.
Yeah, I hope so too. Thank you.
