He does it without thinking, truly, fiddling with the chain when gets bored, anxious, or when he focuses. Always beginning with a finger that loops and unloops the silver, tugging on it, letting go, until he brings it to his mouth without thinking, subconsciously enjoying how the cold metal feels against his lips as he leans against the counter by where Atsumu and you eat the meal he's just made, the plate of food cooling in front of him, though he's looking at his phone.
Osamu doesn't see when your attention flits up to him, watching him rest the chain in the seam of his mouth as he continues to scroll through his phone. It's rare to see him focused like such, brows knit, his cap on backwards tonight after having helped finish up orders in the back, wanting his hair pushed away from his forehead.
You tilt your head and Atsumu continues to eat beside you, none the wiser to how occupied his brother seems to be. But only when you reach forward, the tip of your finger hooking into the portion of chain closest to the corner of his mouth, does Osamu look up, letting you tug the silver from his lips.
"I paid a lot for that," you say by way of explanation, leaning back in your seat to eat once more.
And you must not know the effect you have on him, you must not understand how the simplest of touches from you do awful things to him—they make his cheeks flush, make his heart beat a little faster, make his dick push against the seam of his pants.
They make him wonder if the same ever happens to you.

The documents in front of you—invoices, bank statements, profit numbers—are settled in neat piles, numbers penned in black ink on a separate notepad. You’d insisted on helping them with the more laborious tasks, but it’d been Osamu to say ‘Don’t worry about it.’
Instead, he’d asked if you’d be willing to double check some numbers for him in the meantime; he gave you access to his office, pointed you to the correct documents, before leaving you alone to work. Though, he hadn’t closed the door. It’s why you’re able to see him come and go down the hallway, without a shirt. He must’ve gotten too hot.

Kenma understands what it’s like to be talked over and interrupted. Especially in a large group, he knows what it’s like to be ignored because people can’t hear him or think his opinion is irrelevant. It had never bothered him because it would take more of his energy to keep talking anyway. But when it comes to you, he finds it unacceptable.
Kenma was half-listening to you talking about a recent experience, but he didn’t fail to notice how you stopped midway and gradually lower the volume of your voice. Someone in the group changed the subject while you were still speaking. When he realizes you’ve been purposefully ignored, he can’t help but abandon the game he’s almost finished with and devote his full attention to you.
One glance at your glum expression, had him putting down his phone, turning to face you, and in a gentle voice coaxes you to, “Continue. What were you saying?”
Just seeing your face light up made him completely invested in your story. He honestly wouldn’t mind ignoring the group conversation for you – never wanting to participate in it in the first place – as he finds what you’re saying more interesting. Eventually, Kenma would excuse you both to pull you in a quiet place so he could listen to you “better”. Your voice is his favorite thing, and making sure you feel heard has always been his number one priority.
