Hello! The English version of chapter 132 has been released. How does it stack up to the original? (I'm specifically thinking of the panel where one of the twins says 'maneeje')
I think the translation was good and accurate for the most part! The only thing I don’t necessarily I agree with is the scene where Vicar Rathbone and Vincent were talking about naming.
YP translated the line as “your son’s name” but technically, it could also be “your sons’ names” and I for one think the latter is correct considering the context.
Other than that, there are two very minor things I’d like to mention as they might be a little bit confusing:
1) Frances’ line
This translation is totally accurate and I’m sure everyone got it right, but I just wanted make sure that “Ciel” is referring to “your heir” and not to “spare”.
2) Vincent’s line
There are no quotation marks in the Japanese version.

You mean this panel, right? Ciel (probably OC) just repeated the word he just heard from Vincent (“It’s the lord’s duty to protect and manage this land”) because he didn’t understand what it means! In the Japanese version Vincent used the word 運営 (pronounced ‘un-ei’, Engl: ‘to manage’) and OC repeated “’Un-eh’?” :)

In the Japanese version, Vincent neither used “him” nor “them”.
Literal translation:
