Thank you so much!! I'm sorry for not responding earlier, tumblr messaging system is complete crap (like...I can't even see what you wrote me so I gotta type fast before I forget)I joined Instagram 3 years ago. Things have changed a lot since then, and I've seen the rise and fall of many popular art accounts. It took me like 5 months to reach 400, and a year to get 1,000 c: I had my big break during the course of a month where I was a finalist in a contest in the art community, and I had a drawing of mine get reposted by some of the biggest art sharing accounts (including nawden, where my drawing is one of the most liked drawings on their page *0*) my advice to you would be to remain active, and participate in contests and stuff c: back then I thought I deserved tons of followers (I didn't) but I worked hard and you can see then if you scroll through my posts. I gain really slowly but I think I have improved a lot and that I deserve the amount of followers I have there c: I'm always working hard to be better than I was yesterday, and I hope you never give up anon ! Getting attention and making a name for yourself can be difficult, but I'd advise you to stick with it!
