Me: Good morning!

Students: “MRS HALL IS TAYLOR SWIFT OKAY???’

Me: *very confused* “Yes, why??”

Students: (actual questions)

  • “BECAUSE SHE FELL OFF A TREADMILL AND HIT HER FACE!!!”
  • “IS HER FACE OKAY? DID SHE HAVE TO GET A CAST?”
  • “I’M REALLY WORRIED ABOUT HER MRS. HALL, SHE DIDN’T LOOK SO GOOD. (THIS IS MY FAVORITE ONE)”

These questions went on and on. We eventually moved on. After our morning story, we decided on what we would write about on our Free Write Monday.

OF COURSE, they chose @taylorswift.

These are a few of them. I haven’t stopped laughing.

(Thank God I have a class that fully understands my love for Taylor)
