WEIGHT LOSS SPELL
This spell should be performed during waning moon, once a week.
Pour spring water into a glass. Add a pinch of salt. Stir it counterclockwise while saying the spell:
Streaming water, you flow there and back, don't run away, help me. Take my excess weight, run away with it. Water water, not my trouble. Water water, carry my trouble away. No grief for me to find.
After that drink the whole glass of water.
*If you live in a big city, you can use bottled spring water from a supermarket. Just make sure this is natural spring water.
