Hello, I hope this is okay to post it here. Today I learnt that many children in Yaman won’t make it to their 5th birthday due to famine and starvation in the country. It really breaks my heart when I remember my birthday is just around the corner. Therefore, I want to help the children in Yaman and I also want to ask your help for it.

Over the last few months, we’ve seen interest in this zine and Shklance that has totally blown us away. We’ve met countless talented creators in this fandom who have supported this project and worked together with us to make Orion the amazing, rewarding experience that it will now be, forever, in our memories.
Once again, we’d like to thank everyone who was involved in the process of this zine, be it through sharing our posts, submitting an application, participating in the zine, or purchasing from our store. We couldn’t have done this without any of you, and we’re so humbled by the profound kindness that we’ve encountered since beginning this project last year.
As we see the end of this zine production, we really hope that all of you continue creating, continue consuming fan media, and continue loving this ship with as much inspirational passion as we’ve seen over these last few months.

We were finally given a go to show our work that we made for the wonderful Orion - A Shklance Zine @shklancezine !!
Lance wasn’t allowed to put handprints on Shiro so he made sure to put a lot on Keith. :3
@paladinpuppypile wrote a sweet fic that matched with the image so we decided to team up on this project. We’re working together again on another zine!
We will be accepting a total of 36 participants made up of 8 writers and 19 artists, 1 cover artist, and 8-10 merch artists!
Application Requirements:
We’d like you to show us 3 examples of what you consider to be your zine standard. Writers should submit pieces that are 2-5k words in length each, and we welcome excerpts from longer stories. Artists should provide 3 examples of what they consider best represents their art style. Your examples do not need to be Voltron related, but it’s recommended that at least one of them is!
As always, if you have any questions at all please don’t hesitate to shoot us an ask! We look forward to seeing your submissions!!!

What begins as an innocent date proposal ends up with an unexpected consequence, but one that isn’t necessarily unwelcome – once everyone gets past the initial awkwardness, at least.
