Rose Jocelyn Lane is a quiet, reserved girl that was born in Nice, France off the southeastern coast. As a child to teenager depending on verse she moves with her father to either his hometown of Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA or Japan or whatever location the verse is set. From there the verse is depending.
