When I see that cameraman on ice I can't stop thinking of Ghost Busters
So. I finished watching the Men FS. I mean... Ilia skated good jump wise.
However... I could not unsee that awfully huge difference in presentation, especially after Yuma.
It just was so... worn out? It did not look efortless, soooo heavy. Even when he made the faces etc I was waiting for that BURST of energy after that... but it never happened?
Rewatching men FS and Carmina Burana and Moulin Rouge should be banned from FS for a few years

I guess the thing that triggers me when watching Malinin is the complete lack of expression? I mean... he's skating to passo like music... the guitar, the energy, the passion... just few notes made me scream "hell yeah!"

At least there is Yuma and Shoma and Jason in last group. Some had to be sacrificed... would be just great if it were someone else 🥲

As a side note: Czech has two dance pairs in top 10 goddammit 😭
Some people find them boring, but I like that they are different from majority of the pairs
They skate well, they have interesting details and lifts, Marco always looks so sure in all lifts that I am not afraid he'd drop her or wobble
And as a bonus I really like the GS costume 😊
