YOUTUBE STREAMING

Ken x Bicha’s 늦은 후회 (=A Late Regret) MV has been released on Youtube

Please stream the MV as often as you can and also don’t forget to comment and like the video! Best to subscribe to RealVIXX channel to be updated on video releases by Jellyfish Ent and Rovix.

Tips for streaming:

  • don’t mute
  • watch min at 720p
  • stay logged out to stream the MV from start to end, no stopping in the middle
  • play in incognito tab and clear your cache and history from time to time
  • log in to comment (a lot!) and like the MV, gives additional counts
  • watch the MV only on the official RealVIXX Youtube account. Streams on other playforms (Twitter, Facebook, Vines etc) and other Youtube accounts won’t contribute to music show wins
  • try to avoid watching & sharing the re-uploaded MV but only link to the official RealVIXX Youtube account

Genie streams count for Gaon charts and are a crucial factor for music show wins and 2nd most important digital stream platform after MelOn.

Genie tutorials for Apple users and Android users here.

  • Either buy a Genie pass or
  • VIXX SUPPORT Twitter team regularly retweets Genie stream links during comeback time. Make sure to check our Twitter handle to stream for free. You can search for links on Twitter yourself by using the following hashtags: #지니 (=Genie) and #벅스 (=VIXX)

How to stream:

  1. Open Genie link. A window should pop up, if not, click grey big Genie button in the middle of the screen
  2. In the Genie pop up window, there’s a button on the top middle that says “로그인“ (=login). Click it
  3. A new tiny window will open with a yellow KakaoTalk icon, click it and proceed to log in with your KakaoTalk ID and password. Also tick the “remember” option
  4. The pop up windows will close themselves and the previous 로그인 button on the Genie player window will now say “로그 아웃“ (=log out). The full song will now start playing automatically (check the timeline)
  5. Stream full version of the song once per hour per account (not per link) and be sure to be logged in
  6. Use Puffin browser on mobile phones

VIXX SUPPORT Twitter and VPROJECT Twitter teams regularly retweet Genie stream links during comeback time. Make sure to check both Twitter handles many times a day to stream for free. You can search for links on Twitter yourself by using the following hashtags: #지니 (=Genie) and #벅스 (=VIXX)

Genie tutorials for Apple users:

  1. Download the Kakao Talk app onto your device and create an account if you don’t have one already
  2. Change your iOS store location to South Korea in App Store
  3. Download Genie Music App, register through Kakao Talk
  4. Stream full version of the song once per hour per account (not per link) and be sure to be logged in without pausing the stream

Genie tutorials for PC/laptop users:

  1. Download the Kakao Talk app and create an account
  2. Go to Genie Music website and log in with your Kakao Talk credentials
  3. Stream full version of the song once per hour per account (not per link) and be sure to be logged in without pausing
