hello, I recently had a doubt about a small fact of Cybertron, that until the moment I haven't seen any deeper description: "How would Cybertronian music be?". I had read about Tarn and it descripted one of his likes: "He enjoys nothing more than playing beautiful music as he waxes poetic quoting". My curiosity led me to here, because of the great amount of deep archives from the Transformes. Than you for reading ^-^

Trying to describe Transformers: Matrix as I basically go through and re-read everything to sort into “keep” “change” and “ditch” piles is very weird because...

i’m very passionate about original conts and would love to see them become more popular, so i think a great way to do so is by compiling them all together in one easily accessible place!! :D
There is no one true definition for what an original continuity IS, but generally, an original continuity is a Transformers story set it in its own unique universe created by a fan (or fans); it is essentially your own take on a Transformers story!
While some may label their continuity as an AU, an AU of a pre-existing continuity is not an original continuity. The word original is very important in this. While your cont may have aspects from or be heavily inspired by pre-existing continuities, it still needs to be its own creation!

Are there any maps of Cybertron or the surrounding galaxy out there?
Good question! The geography of Cybertron hasn’t really been extensively explored in most “mainstream” continuities (and there are a lot of details about the planet which tend to change from story to story); the closest we’ve ever gotten to a clearly-defined map of the planet comes from Fun Publication’s Beast Wars: Uprising series:
Although if you want another interpretation, Transformers vs. G.I. Joe also took a stab at mapping out planet following some invasive terraforming efforts, though it’s a little more… unconventional:
As for Cybertron’s galactic geography, the best look we’ve ever gotten comes from The Allspark Almanac II, which featured a pretty comprehensive look at Cybertron’s place in the Milky Way and some of the neighboring galactic civilizations. But even then, this kind of thing changes from continuity to continuity; sometimes Cybertron orbits the star Hadean… sometimes it’s in the real-world Lambda Scorpii constellation… and sometimes it doesn’t orbit a star at all!

Stranger birds have seldom been seen in the skies of Earth
Starscream, Thundercracker, and Skywarp make up the elite command trine. After @drawma-king did up Skywarp and Thundercracker I had to draw the whole flock- available in shiny daytime and sneaky nightime coloration. I know I’ve always kinda had it set that most bots have several colors they can naturally choose from, that they can grow into given a bit of time, but I’m tempted to give some of them time/light-responsive coloration. Literally growing darker to match when the sun sets or something like that.
However it goes, I do love these weird bird pterodactyl bat jets.
You ever just get the urge to draw a terrible bird?
I’d been wanting to experiment with robot design types and poses for awhile and finally committed to trying with a few designs. The first (and so far only successful) specimen from that test is the delightfully alien-looking Starscream from @agatharights‘ wonderful Matrix AU.
Matrix is an AU that I love hearing about and having the opportunity to talk in a nice group setting with the likes of Agatha and the lovely Moontruffles about all these AUs together is an honest to god gift. especially when we get to crack jokes with each other about Flamewar being a bottom and Megatron’s phobia of “organic materials”, just to name some examples from past Matrix discussions
I’ve also included repaints of the design to try and give my take on my boys Skywarp and Thundercracker from the same AU, since Agatha thankfully confirmed that they had the same molds.

My TF: Matrix designs get less humanoid every time I revisit them and that’s pretty much okay with me

If there are headmasters in TF: Matrix, how would they work? Are they piloted by humans or just smol robots piloting big robots/Transtectors -can we see Brainstorm tho-
There’s not precisely Headmasters, though smaller cybertronians utilizing larger “prosthetic” bodies is probably an uncommon but known practice. There are human-piloted faux cybertronians, though!
Brainstorm my happen eventually, it’s been a while and a lot of redesign stuff is still going on behind the scenes here- once I’m back into the swing of things, there’ll hopefully be some more!
Excuse I saw you're megatron T. rex tank mode and I see you're having a problem with the transformation and I don't if this is gonna help but I think you should look at the beast wars megatron both normal and transmetal 1 to understand they're transformations.
My good friend, I know I haven’t posted much in TF: Matrix lately, but it probably wouldn’t hurt to look at the timestamp on that post and think about how long it’s been.
