She doesn't remember him all that well, Amy's always been confined to her own little bubble, holding onto her sister's dress as she talked to the cooler, older girls. But her sister isn't here tonight, she's been allowed to go to her own fancy party for the very first time. It was a big thing, May told her all about it. Twirled in her brand new blue dress and asked over five times whether her hair looks nice, whether she looks pretty. She'd even let little Amy put gloss on her lips, smacking them together in excitement before leaving.
