Someone save me from being productive :D

If someone is following my main blog @iliveonthenet, then they should have expected some Klance from me sooner or later. So here it is. (It’s actually the second Klance fic I wrote but I’m posting it first since, you know, Christmas.)

After a fair share of research I decided that, concerning Lance and his background, this idea is safe. But do tell me if I was wrong.

Also - Shiro knows either NOTHING or EVERYTHING. Here he KNOWS. And is being a little shit. (I love him. I love them all.)

Lance gets sad when he hears that it’s probably Christmas time on Earth. Hunk gets the idea to throw a Christmas party at the Castle of Lions. And Keith gets immensely irritated when he notices that there’s mistletoe involved.

It’s third Christmas of this fic but it still gets some attention at this time of the year and it makes me so-so-so incredibly happy.

Comment on fanfics

A few days back on AO3 I found an unfinished, two chapter spideypool fanfic that was cute and had lots of potential and was also last updated two years ago. Two whole years! And it had only three comments, all of which on chapter one, none on chapter two. I enjoyed the fanfic, despite it being far, FAR from being finished and the chance of it ever updating again anytime soon was just about zero. So you know what I did?

I wrote a damn comment. On chapter two.

And I made sure that fucker was long and had a small theory of where I think the author would take the fanfic in the future. I let the person behind the fic know that I friggin LOVED the two chapters I got to read! That I would LOVE to see more! That I’d jump out of my skin in happiness and virtually hug them half to death if I saw that they updated it.

Let me remind you this fic wasn’t updated in two YEARS! I was the first to comment on it in a year. And the first to comment on chapter two! And you know what happened today?

I got a reply.

From the author of the fanfic. And the author said how I gave them life for a project they had loved (still did) and that they were now working on a third chapter. After two YEARS of not updating. Of not writing. And it makes me so friggin happy seeing what I did. What I caused.

With a single. Damn. Comment.

All that it took for me was to think a bit about what I wanted to tell the author and the comment it. All it took was one comment. And suddenly this person was inspired to continue a fanfic they had abandoned for TWO YEARS!!

I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t be more proud.

Comment on people’s fanfics. No matter how few chapters there are. No matter how many years have passed since their last update. Comment. You like a fanfic? Comment on it. It’s that easy.

1. Pen or Pencil?

PEN. I hate pencils since grade school. 

2. Have you ever drawn your OCs?

I don’t think so. Though I remember that I’ve made a shitty mouse drawing in paint of Tsukishima and Yamaguchi tattoos from Feathers. 

3. Does your writing ever make you cry?

Yeah, when I want to write, have ideas but can’t write because that fucken shitty writers block.

4. If your muse was a person, what would they look like?

That terrified, bullied nerd who’s scared of everything around them. 

5. Which of your pieces would you choose to be remembered for?

That’s a hard question. Maybe Love Thy Neighbour or the night club au. Though… I really love how Let the Worst of Us Collide came out. HayaHachi is totally my type of a slightly fucked up relationship. How they need to work around each other, change for both the other and, most important, themselves. How they aren’t exactly honest and happy. I’m definitely projecting but I like it when characters try to find the most comfortable place in their personal hell. And, if I could say so myself, I think I nailed it pretty good here. 

6. How much have you written or worked on your WIP so far today

“Today”. Ayyy lmao. I haven’’t done anything for MONTHS.

7. Have you ever based a piece or a portion of a piece on a dream?

I don’t think so.

8. Do you prefer silence, a little noise (music, ambient noises, fan, etc.) or a lot of noise when you are writing?

Some music in the background. Either playlist that I think is suitable to the mood I want to portray or just some chillstep/wave/ambient and such music. 

9. Do you have any routines before you sit down to write?

Maybe choosing the music. And making some tea. 

10. Have you ever participated in NaNoWriMo or a Camp?

Nope. And the concept of NaNoWriMo doesn’t speak to me at all.

I used only these two.  And I don’t know about being adventurous. I don’t think so. I might have had some wild ideas but I don’t really realise them. Omegaverse might be considered adventurous for some people, though. I guess.

These are all my fandoms. So I don’t think that I migrate a lot when my writing is considered. I do have a shitload of fandoms if we talk about consuming the content, though. As for being active - I’m not active at all, so, well, yeah… Though I want to write again for all of these so…

Yeah, it definitely matches. Or maybe I would have switched Kuroo and Daichi’s places but it’s fine like this too.

Well, I think that would be pretty easy to achieve. Maybe some drama with graduation and finding work. Or a relationship between a student and an office worker.

None. I post my fics only after I finish them. Though it’s not like I’m not thinking about sequels.

My contract got extended, I like my job and my coworkers. My health is good, meds are working as they should, everything is fine. 

I don’t think that I’ll be back here to properly use this blog. But I’m still dropping back from time to time to, idk, check the messages or something. 

I’d love to go back to writing, though. @my-trashy-writing is extremely important to me but… well… I can’t write. I haven’t written anything since winter. And it’s not that I’m not trying… I just… simply… cannot write. Which makes me sad but I’m trying to not lose hope.
